O atendimento é um ponto muito positivo, Derli é sensacional, assim como muitos outros. Atenciosos, te ajudam com aluguel de veículos, entre outros. O café da manhã não possui variedade, é bem simples, é necessário pagar extra até mesmo o ovo mexido. A localização do hotel é muito boa, fiz quase tudo a pé. O quarto é pequeno, mas limpo. Banheiro não possui box, apenas aquelas cortinas de divisão. Também simples, mas limpo. Um hotel regular, mas com ótimo atendimento, o que conta muito para mim.

Hotel excelentemente ubicado, cerca de todo. El personal muy amable. La cama cómoda. El baño tiene todo lo necesario. Buena relación calidad/precio En el desayuno, recomiendo que mejoren la calidad y cantidad del café: yo solo tomo café y se había terminado. Demoró la reposición y no parecía un café de buena calidad cuando lo pude tomar Todo lo demás, muy recomendable!

Las instalaciones exteriores como el jacuzzi, reposeras, estuvieron bien. La habitación, el baño no olía bien. El personal lucía desalineado, con un trato al huésped de mucha confianza. El desayuno , la ensalada de frutas no parecía fresca y el personal mantenía conversaciones personales próximos a la estación de alimentos , y el tapa bocas no estaba bien colocado.

Es la segunda vez que vamos. Vuelvo seguro. Tienen muy buena atención, todo muy limpio, prolijo y personal muy amable. Buen garage, y la ubicaciòn muy buena en una zona tranquila, pero cerca de todo. Desayuno correcto.

Gostei do atendimento, muito bom de todos os funcionários. Nós colocaram em um AP fora do hotel, em um condomínio em.frente. para quem deseja um apart para fazer sua própria comida vale muito a pena. Pedi um quarto com banheiro de hidro, temos uma bebê de 1 ano que ainda não toma banjo no chuveiro. Paguei 100,00 a mais em cada diária por isso, porém nosso quarto não tinha. Chegamos muito cansados e resolvemos não reclamar com o hotel, porém, não passou despercebido, o hotel deveria ter mais cuidado, ninguém gosta de chegar reclamando a um local. Não acredito que tenham feito de propósito, se fizeram levaram meu dinheiro, mas, perdem aqui em honestidade. Este incidente me fez desabonar a estadia não pretendo voltar.
