Wonderful staff
The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are alright but infrastructure is poor, no comfortable furniture, no beaches at Punta Cana seven beaches, the other name is Bavaro Green is the same hotel.

Ese hotel le recomiendo a cualquier gente que quiere visitar punta cana sin gastar un montón de dinero. No es tan caro pero aquí se quedó bien tranquilo con una piscina, hamaca en el patio, y cerca de una plaza con supermercado y tiendas útiles.

Durante mi estancia en el hotel he vivido mi peor experiencia en unas vacaciones. No voy a perder el tiempo en hablaros de los pésimos servicios que ofrecen ni de la calidad de sus instalaciones (no os fiéis de las fotos, engañan), después de contaros mi historia no creo que tengáis ganas de aparecer por alli. En mi segundo día en el hotel, me desaparecieron de la habitación 300€ (tuvieron que rebuscar en el maletín de mi ordenador para encontrarlos, no estaban a la vista). Para mayor sorpresa cuando fui a denunciar el caso a su oficina (en la que no me dieron soluciones, ni se dignan a decir que dueño está detrás de este complejo, dicen que no saben como es su nombre y apellidos, lo nunca visto) me encontré a otros cuatro viajeros que estaban en la misma situación que yo, les habían robado en la habitación (LO NUNCA VISTO !!!). Nosotros ya no creo que recuperemos nada, pero lo mínimo que puedo hacer es hacerlo público y tratar de impedir que más viajeros caigan en esta trampa.

Hoewel voor Dominicaanse begrippen wellicht oké, vond ik het appartement qua afwerking niet zo. De douche had smerige oude randen, het regenwater drupte onze slaapkamer in, het zag er allemaal een beetje smoezelig uit. Maar de mensen waren vriendelijk, het verblijf was wel ruim dus al bij al een oké nachtje geslapen voor onze doorreis naar Las Terrenas

Horrible!! Me tocó un apartamento lleno de cucarachas al estar en el ground floor. La señora de la oficina me envió a una señora de la limpieza y tiraron un anti cucarachas pero no era suficiente seguía teniendo cucarachas subiendo por las sillas mesas, etc... Horrible!! Me dijeron que si renovaba reserva me pondrían en otro apartamento un segundo. Renové pero no me movieron hasta 3 días después, no dormí durante 3 noches. HORRIBLE!!
