Well-located hotel, close to the sea with a free shuttle.
We stayed in a convention center next to the hotel.
A truly austere, soulless place.
Clean room, balcony with no view, worn outdoor chairs.
This hotel is not at 4-star level.

Ogni anno torniamo. l'Hotel, in cui alloggiamo nelle camere vista piscina rinnovate, è sempre un luogo ameno dove rilassarsi. Ottime come sempre le colazioni anche se non più a buffet, ma ordinando al tavolo si può mangiare di gusto e volendo abbondantemente. Gentilissima e professionale la direttrice di sala. La violina S.p.A era chiusa. Peccato che il nuovo ristorante sulla spiaggia, molto bello, non sia adeguatamente pubblicizzato, tanto che alla fine non abbiamo deciso di cenarci ripiegando su altri ristoranti noti . Da rivedere il sito perchè non fornisce info aggiornate sui servizi. La spiaggia pulita, difetta il bar in cui non tutto il personale è professionale. Abbiamo chiesto un aperitivo indicato nella lista al barman con accento toscano e non ha saputo fornire spiegazioni facendoci ripiegare su altro. Peraltro, nonostante il costo non proprio economico, non è stato più effettuato servizio all'ombrellone costringendo gli ospiti a fare dei viaggi per potere gustare qualcosa in relax.

Splendida vacanza di due settimane a giugno al Golf Hotel di Punta Ala. Upgrade gratuito della camera, attenzione discreta del personale presso l'hotel e la spiaggia, ottime colazioni al bar della spiaggia, dopo lunghe passeggiate sulla sabbia e nuotate ristoratrici in un mare da cartolina, comodo parcheggio. Lo stabilimento balneare, il piu' bello di Punta Ala, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, tramite passeggiata in pineta, o tramite efficiente servizio navetta, attivo dalle 9 alle 23. Non abbiamo usufruito della cena, servita nel nuovo ristorante della spiaggia, nè purtroppo del nuovo rooftop per gli aperitivi, che ha aperto quando per noi la vacanza finiva. Dopo aver letto recensioni negative ho telefonato e saputo della nuova gestione e nuovo staff Ho prenotato e la mia esperienza e' stata molto positiva Struttura non nuova ma ben tenuta anche se migliorabile . Tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile. (Reception......??? ) In particolare meritano un encomio Gessica ed Elena La colazione è un inno alla giornata perfetta: strepitosa! L' organizzazione spiaggia è molto soddisfacente grazie alla "supervisor" Elena .Parlando di cena che dire? Location spettacolare e servizio all altezza del posto e ottimo menu. Vogliamo trovare una pecca? Ombrelloni e lettini un po troppo vicini Ci tornerò volentieri anche solo per la cortesia dimostratami. Grazie mille

Siamo stati all’hotel dal giorno di apertura, quindi con tutte le “complicanze” da prima apertura, per di più con la nuova gestione. Qualche “ostacolo” ma superabile. Purtroppo proprio per l’apertura non funzionava l’aria condizionata, e l’hotel ci ha effettuato uno sconto sul prezzo di prenotazione, che abbiamo apprezzato. La struttura è ancora da svecchiare ma un passo alla volta credo stiano intervenendo nel modo giusto e fra qualche tempo sarà certamente una buona struttura. Al netto dell’aria condizionata, rapporto qualità prezzo non positivo, perché per la struttura che è OGGI, i prezzi sono decisamente troppo elevati. Molto carino il Beach club, begli spazi, nulla da dire. Il ristorante del pranzo molto bello con vista sul mare, e buona qualità. Nel complesso buon soggiorno, ma con qualcosa ancora sicuramente da rivedere. Ribadisco comunque che abbiamo apprezzato che per l’inconveniente dell’aria condizionata ci hanno scontato una parte di soggiorno, e pur essendo “dovuto” non era ahimè scontato al giorno d’oggi. Sicuramente potrò dare una seconda possibilità.

Albergo molto bello, ben tenuto, pulitissimo. Colazione ottima, personale gentile Ottima la qualità del ristorante sia per scelta che per menù. La spiaggia ben tenuta. Il servizio navetta dall'albergo alla spiaggia è sempre disponibile fino alle 24.

For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable.
