We were very grateful to have a heated room even though it was cold! I couldn't find the remote control for the heater in my friend's room so it didn't work. The breakfast was very satisfying with a variety of fruits and catering!

Good hotel in a fantastic location right next to the main square. Very comfortable beds and combined with slight altitude dizziness had best night sleep! Breakfast spread could be a bit better/more filling, but it was good. There were issues with hot water on both nights I stayed here, and it took a while, but the staff were very attentive and fixed it.

Do not get a room that faces the street. Every single car that goes by beeps its horn at each corner. This does not start at 8 o’clock or 10 o’clock at night he goes on 24 hours a day. The room itself was clean, but the bed was hard as a brick. this day could’ve been a lot better if we were at the back of the building.

I went for the Candelaria festival and it exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, towels, super comfortable beds, very well-equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap dispensers, and has a hair dryer. The shower with lots of hot water.
