一次喜憂參半的酒店入住體驗國慶節的時候，我給女朋友訂了這家酒店。酒店的房間很大，空間寬敞，讓人感覺舒適自在。房間內的設施也相當齊全，能滿足各種日常需求。女朋友特別提到熱水很充足，這一點讓她很滿意。然而，這次入住也並非十全十美。我是第一次預訂也是提前預訂的房間，作為一個不常去普寧的消費者，我不清楚酒店平日的定價，也不知道酒店對於國慶的房間還沒有調價，可能由於平台的價格調控較低，女老闆在我們入住時表現出了對價格的抱怨，這讓女朋友有些尷尬，無所適從。好在抱怨沒有持續太久，後面也沒再多説什麼，但是我覺得既然開門做生意，酒店也説是自己和**，那為什麼要傳遞情緒給客人呢？但是後面女老闆可能也意識到自己不好的情緒了吧，也有意識的進行改正，也挺熱情的了。除此之外，我覺得值得稱讚的是，男老闆非常熱心。當房間空調不製冷時，他第一時間幫忙換房，還忙前忙後，這一服務讓我們感到十分暖心。總體而言，這家酒店還是比較值得推薦入住的。衹是希望下次再來的時候，不要再出現這樣令人不愉快的小插曲了，如果能改進的話，讓客人自始至終都感受到温馨與舒適，相信會越做越好！

這是住過最差的酒店客房，旁邊還有麻將房打通宵，然後一大早退房了，掃地阿姨五六點就在隔壁搞衞生，開關門搬桌椅吵**，根本就睡不了，打電話前台反饋半小時也是不管的，就沒有見過這麼差的酒店
