這家維也納和其他地方的，在房間設施上保持一致。當晚11點多入住。因為早上要送愛人去坐高鐵，希望她能好好吃一頓早餐，所以在選酒店時特意看了普寧站周邊的酒店，還是選了常住的維也納。
為什麼服務打2顆星，因為選酒店的時候，把有早餐放在了第一位，但是很遺憾，普寧這家維也納很讓人失望。
送完愛人去高鐵站，早上9點到餐廳，整個餐廳像菜市場一樣吵鬧。進去一看，原來是全部早餐都已經出清了，是的，渣都不剩。除了白粥和3樣配菜外，沒看到其他的東西。連煮湯粉的湯都沒有了。勺子筷子都準備不齊。一直等到9點半左右，上了兩盤水果，兩盤麪包，一盤青菜，也是迅速被清空。排隊湯粉，所以也沒有吃上，湯粉檔連碗都沒有備夠。碗來了，又要等湯，湯來了，點湯粉也衹剩下卷章，腐竹。沒吃飽，又沒有任何東西上了，第二次再去，衹有齋粉了。
打兩分是感謝現場的清潔碗筷的阿姨幫我燙的齋粉，還有前台也在積極收拾。但是多希望你們把這種努力用在事前，而不是事後。
當然，我相信酒店業會解釋，早餐是攜程下單時附贈的，所以吃沒吃上，房費也是這個價格。但是今天在場，我相信很多住客和我一樣，早餐是選酒店很重要的條件之一，特別是趕高鐵的。你們又在高鐵站旁邊。
晚上回到深圳，我覺得有必要寫下評論。今年的五一不是大家第一次過五一，我很難相信連鎖酒店會有這樣的“事故”。下次我一定繞開這種運營水平優先的維也納，幫你們降低點運營壓力。1201的房客留言。
