One of the best and affordable in this city.

This hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible for everyone. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities quite flexible eg you can find a non-smoking sign mounted to the wall and an ashtray in every room. The hotel also features a K-Bar on the sixth floor, which seems to attract many couples and social activities in the evening. Solo travelers often have the chance to befriend one of the numerous friendly women at night, who are very willing to engage in deep talks. In fact, the hotel even rents rooms by the hour, and my second room had clearly been used for this purpose before I checked in. The staff is also very considerate because when I told them about my room neighbors having too much deep talks at night and if they could do something about it, they asked me, their paying customer, instead to move room in the middle of the night - so flexible right? The security guard is also very peace-loving as everything he did was to talk to my drunk deep talking neighbors. They are also very diligent because I only had to run after them 4 times before they refunded me the money for that said night. I also felt very safe during my stay, as the hotel seems to prioritize guest safety and I saw the police escorting an upset spouse away from the reception to maintain the peace.

Good service and friendly staff

Absolutely perfect, the most enjoyable. The hotel is in a shopping mall, the food is downstairs, there are many people in the evening. When eating in Old Xi'an, I packed the big bones and got a freshly made steamed bun for free. The hotel was upgraded for free, and it was still an afternoon. Check out at 2 o'clock, okay!

1. There are signs of water leakage in many places in the room. 2. The seal of the bathroom has fallen off 3. The shelf where the shower gel is placed is not hygienic 4. The bath towel is of poor quality and it is covered with lint when rubbed 5. The hair dryer is not very easy to use.

A very amazing experience. The ladies and handsome guys at the front desk are very warm and friendly, and I feel at home. The hotel lobby, walk out to the mall, one side is the restaurant, the other side is the bar. After checking in, you can stroll around the bar and get tipsy before having a midnight snack, which is amazing. The snacks are really delicious, highly recommended. After eating and drinking here, have some white porridge at night, and the snacks are warm. The room is also very clean, basically up to the standard of Hilton. Well, this is a very satisfactory stay, and I will come again next time.

I stayed here two years ago and had a good impression. This time I stayed here again and found the facilities to be old, with obvious cracks on the walls and missing corners of the bathroom tiles, but the sanitation was good.

This is the third time I have stayed here. The price-performance ratio is high. Although the breakfast is not many in variety, it is authentic and of good quality. Free snacks and cocktails are also provided. The room smells a bit like smoke, but you can open the window to circulate it (most hotels in Puning don't have non-smoking rooms).

The location is good, there is a shopping mall downstairs, many restaurants, and it is convenient for shopping. The room was cleaned very well. The room has a good location facing the square. I have a better view than my friend who lives in another direction.
