房間設施老舊，電視無法觀看，服務員維修走後遙控失靈，衹好關機。隔音差，入住當晚和次日早上，在房間內聽到其他房間的關門聲幾十次，很大聲，影響睡眠質量。

從酒店的格局可知，以前估計在當地屬於數一數二的。雖然開業時間不短了，但保養不錯，特別是服務員熱情有禮，店裡整潔，感覺很好。酒店安排的房間朝向南面，可以看到日出和日落。客房有直供水，非常難得。每天還送了水果，挺好的。雖然沒有地下停車場，但停車位置還是比較多的。自助早歺品種少了些，但房費較低，可以理解。有個温泉游泳館，住客可以免費使用。到普寧玩住這裡是不錯的選擇。
