床單和被罩沒有換，枕頭也沒有枕套。因為新年期間客人太多，耒不及換。房間也不曾清洗。雖然酒店的租金不太高。但酒店的實際情況和網上的資訊完全不一樣，有一種被騙的感覺。馬上離開找了另外一間酒店（金葉酒店 ），請問我是否可要求退回我己付的款項？謝謝

我住三晚，第二天晚上得知換了新老闆。
之前的人治理不好，清潔工人不負責任，房間骯臟不抹！
希望新老闆能幹把酒店治理得好！ 老闆勤勞，有幹勁，我的酒瓶沒器具開，老闆進來去買了新開瓶器親自跟我打開。真是太佩服他了！ 我相信酒店生意會蒸蒸日上！
我第三天看到新的清潔工人來上班了！

房間完全沒有打掃衞生，入住的時候地上全是腳印，洗漱台上還有鬍鬚和捲毛，桌上都是灰。走廊堆滿了垃圾（晚上10點多才開始噼裏啪啦的打掃）。管理秩序很差，11點多莫名其妙擰我們房間的門説以為沒人住。
