The service staff is very good. There is also a Thai staff (named Nick, very handsome and kind). You can ask for advice on places to eat and visit with him. The hotel is in a very good location. There are many restaurants and cafes. It is near the train station. You can take the tram for free at the beginning of the line. If you come as a family, it is very convenient. The price is also good.

Heard from local friends  that the location is not safe after we checkin . But am glad we are fine n hotel  
meets our basic expectation for the stay . Glad we can park along roadside n save on parking fee. Disappointed that there was no housekeeping during our weekend stay 😏

I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one.
Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now.
Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!).
I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone.
The beds were comfortable though!
The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.

The hotel is very close to the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk. There is nothing to go shopping except this neighborhood. But it's quite quiet. You need to bring your own hotel to wash without providing any meals.

The ladies at the reception were super lovely and helpful.
Apartment was amazing.
Next time l will request a higher level as traffic was very noisy.

Hotel Apartments
First of all, the location of the hotel is not particularly good. Not in cbd.
The hall is well designed
The service is particularly good, very warm, but obviously not enough staff ~ there is a person who manages the front desk and room service
The room is very large, one bedroom, one living room, one balcony, one kitchen, one toilet, washing machine and dryer 
But the facilities are very old, dirty and broken. The room has a very uncomfortable smell. The wifi is particularly slow.
The bedding is not good, it is uncomfortable to fall asleep.
In short, I don't recommend everyone to live here.

We booked a week long stay with our daughter, we missed the first day of room service attending to the room we put our sign out for a clean on Good Friday and received a text message to say all room cleaning would resume the following Tuesday.
Good Friday I can understand as it’s a very significant holiday but the Saturday Sunday and Monday I found to be bizarre and the only place I’ve ever had this occur.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location but the lack of servicing over a long weekend when you have a family holiday doesn’t really work.

The hotel location is very good, it is very close to several small attractions in Melbourne city, it is also very convenient to see the Australian Open, all can be reached on foot, the rooms are large, the facilities are readily available, and as apartments, they are cleaned every day, which is quite rare ,Recommended

Stay at this hotel for the second time! Great location! By the sea, away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Take the train about 23 minutes to the flinders train station! I need to buy myki card, some trains go directly to north Williamstown. Some need to transfer in newport. No need to leave the station. Wait for the next one after getting off the bus! It’s very comfortable to get up early at the beach!

A very comfortable stay with puntknox apartment. A seperate washer and dryer was also provided and was useful to us. The room was clean and big with great kitchen facilities. Parking was also free and what more can we ask for.
The only downside was just the bed which was comfortable but was really really soft which sunk in when we slept on it giving us a partial backache in the morning. Other than that we are happy with the stay and the affordable price

The apartelle's pin on the google map is across the street. Drivers always park across the street. The property is located about 20 mins away from the city center. There's a restaurant on the ground floor that offers breakfast, lunch & dinner. 

The apartelle provides toiletries & coffee. Towels & other toiletries are available for self service refill at the lobby area.
