I have been staying at this place for over a year while travelling for work. It's my second (read first) home. Great hosts, cozy accomodation, neat and clean washrooms (even for women), in-house homely meals served, co-working space with Hi-speed Wifi, meeting like minded people and a great river and garden view that you can not find anywhere else in Koregaon Park.

The river view is so beautiful and the sound of the river is very calming. The staff is very cooperative and accommodative. They have in house food and house keeping service. In addition, They also have a laundry service. It's perfect for both, long term and short term stays.

I stayed in the female dormitory for a few days. Rooms are clean and spacious. Attached seperate bathroom for the female dorm was cleaned daily and concerns related hygiene were addressed promptly for the female dormitory. The location is absolutely great, safe locality and great accessibility to anywhere in pune. Airport is about 15-20 mins ride. Huge balconies and safe for drying is available. The view from the room is beautiful. Environment in the premise felt safe too. Concerns:- 🛑 Fellow travellers shared their complains about cleanliness of common dorms. (Female one was taken care in terms of safety & hygiene). 🛑Early Checking in was a bit of a trouble as staff wasn't available. 🛑 smoking & drinking is NOT prohibited in the common area. 🛑Common bathroom and toilet was hell dirty and not maintained properly. Doors broken.

Very poor experience, and scammy practices. Rooms were not lockable, and had mosquitos throughout. Very unclean bathrooms/showers. Got scammed for 500 by front of house on arrival for paying a fake “c form” fee (this form is the hosts responsibility and incurs no costs to them.
