Centro has become my go-to hotel in Pune. I’ve stayed there on several occasions and have recommended it to everyone. The rooms are pristine, the location great, and the service exceptional. And value for money! What’s missing is a loyalty programme 😊

Very good hotel with good staff and great location. Amenities. Close to the jm road and many eateries. Great place to stay. Rooms are small and compact but very functional.

Worse hotel staff, worst hospitality. I had made a completely prepaid booking. But i had to leave in the night in emergency. Didnt even use the room or have breakfast. I didnt even ask for refund. Only thing, i happened to leave with the key card in my pocket. They have the audacity to call continuously more than 15times, back to back, when the phone wasnt answered on a dusshera morning. I being a doctor, took 2 mins out of my emergency hospital duty, and answer the phone only to know that they are calling me to charge me rs. 100 for the key card. The audacity! they shod mention this while check in then! even after i told that ill return the key card on my next pune visit, the guy is awe-fully rude. I am a frequent traveller ans have been staying in 4 star chain hotels across the country, and many times, by mistake the card key stays with me. Never have i heard of such a ridiculous fine. Worst hotel experience of my life.

This is a centrally located property with great food at reasonable price and great staff. Very courteous, unlimited drinking water bottles, nice and clean rooms, great lighting, reasonable breakfast (excellent quality though the variety could have been improved. Overall, me and my wife were happy with our stay.

It has very well maintained cozy rooms, which are good for single travelers to stay. Has good variety & tasty breakfast. Location is prime with everything around & also to travel to any part of pune.
