Pro:
1. It is located in Koregaon Park and close to well-known Restaurants, Osho Garden.
2. Car parking, lift available, hot water for bathing. They provide clean towels and one bottle of packaged water.
Cons:
1. Not a 3 star, for sure.
2. Cleanness is average.
3. Fan was noisy, and television was not functional.
4. Room lights were dull.
5. Price is little higher for the room quality. should have been 300/- to 500/- less
Ok, for a short stay (day or 2 max), if your objective is not holidays and work related. It is not a hotel, so do not expect ammenities.

They don't know how to manage check in. Passport copy and entry date. Then tv is not working even changed the room. When i use my own kettle. I saw the fire on the consent. Then my kettle is broken. Does not work any more. Next day internet is not working. Bed sheets has a hole by cigarette. Price is not cheap but quality of hotel is not so good. I request quite room but first night. Reception and next room people is very noisy i couldn't sleep.

I like the hotel room, big enough. Clean room, washroom. The location is safe for girls and restaurants in walking distance. Informed them for early check-in and late check-out, they arranged accordingly.

I travel to pune every quarter. I checked in hotel itis. Everything looks good but bathroom is in terrible condition, very dirty, dirty toilet. Broken faucets. See pictures

staff very supportive they gave cloak room for my luggage, late check out with smiles. best location everything is near by perfect location must stay
