Good location. Near lots of eateries and shopping area. The good things end here. Horrible breakfast. Old property. Average staff. Slow service. Not upto the mark at all. Needs lots of improvement

stay experience was very bad and the hotel was not worhas it was being pottayed, also the facility was verynold and the rooms was like dens ans caves. please don't even talk about the complimentary break fast, I should really think twice to call that as breakfasy. I literally saw the cockroaches crawling over the bread slices. It's disgusting even to talk about it. or even to write this review.

Excellent location, friendly staff, generally prompt room services and housekeeping. The hotel needs to improve on the maintenance and proper upkeep; a bit run down. My toilet wc stopped functioning late at night. A suitable stop gap arrangement was made whereby the neighbouring room was made available. What would have happened if the hotel was full? the food was good and it appears that the in-house restaurant has new management in place to improve the service offering. My rating would have been a 3 but for the hospitality of the staff.
