Reviewed yesterday Each time I come back to the JW in Pune I am treated better than the time before. Especially by the executive level lounge staff who remember my name, my food preferences, and even my drink choice. Nitam, Kavita, Bharat, Arsad, Bemo and the entire staff (too many to name) make me feel at home when I’m 8000 miles from there. Also (of course!) a very comfortable room, great surroundings, and a peaceful place to relax after a long day of work.

Puii was always there for our service and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend coming here and if you’re lucky, being served by Puii. The ambience was amazing and the food was simply delicious. Everyone is extremely polite and all was well.

It’s always a pleasure staying at JW Marriott Pune since their hospitality and services are one of the finest. From check-in to check-out, the experience is super seamless since the staff is well trained, efficient, proactive and courteous. The housekeeping team too never fails to bring a smile to my face with their creativity and tiny little gestures they leave in the room. A special thanks to Sohum (the Manager) for ensuring that my stay is super pleasant.

My recent stay at JW Marriott Pune was a disaster. The room I was given was shockingly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. However, the worst part was discovering that the bottled water provided was expired and contaminated with mold. I fell seriously ill after consuming it, causing me to miss important work obligations. Despite an apology from the hotel, the experience has left me with a deep distrust in their ability to maintain basic hygiene standards. I expected much better from a Marriott property and will not be staying here again. If you value your health, avoid this hotel.

Stayed here for a business trip for one night in Pune . Arsad Manyang was amazing and looked after us in the exec lounge with amazing food and drinks. World class service and made sure that our glasses were never empty! Would recommend for anyone staying in Pune.

Celebrated my 10th visit with the Front Office staff in the lobby which was a very nice surprise and it’s been yet another outstanding visit - the staff are fantastic especially in the Exec Lounge - with a special mention for Kavita, Manyang and Deepak as their Customer focus is world class
