Echt ein schönes Hotel. An der Rezeption alle zuvorkommend. Nach dem Frühstück hat er leider unserer zimmerkarten erkannt und ich musste eine Reinigungskraft fragen ob sie mit mein Zimmer auf machen kann. Kurze Zeit späteres die Dame leider auch so einfach ins Zimmer gekommen. Was wir persönlich sehr schlimm fanden. Daher bitte da mal drüber sprechen. Sonst das Frühstück sehr lecker

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war für mich und meine Familie ein Alptraum. Mir wurde ein falsches heruntergekommenes Zimmer ( Alter verschmutzter Teppich) für zwei Personen zugeteilt. Meine Familie musste quer in ein Bett schlafen. Gebucht hatte ich ein modernes( Parketboden auf den Bildern bei *******) Dreibett Comfort Zimmer mit Zusatzbett für vier Personen(Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern). Das Hotel und ******* haben mir nicht geholfen und mich abgewimmelt. Ich wünsche keinen diese Erfahrung und kann daher weder das Hotel noch ******* weiterempfehlen.

Enttäuscht/ Angebot hatte einen Preis von 69 €, abgerechnet über 100 €. Als Antwort bekam ich.... Tagespreis Am Bar muss man bei jedes Bier die Barfrau suchen, um ein Bier zu bekommen. Restaurant ist bis 23:00 offen, aber die Toilette schon um 20:00 Uhr zu. Musste auf Zimmer gehen. In zwei Wochen ist der WLAN mind 3x ausgefallen.
