3 days in pulau weh paradise
location was amazing and isolated. not many restaurants around. food choices were limited. customer service was excellent. downside: insects were in the room, bed like ants, mosquitoes. it required to be sanitized before going to sleep.

Lovely stay - thanks Sandy
Enjoyed our stay in Paradise. Seemed like we were the only people in the hotel. Room had a shared bathroom, it was all basic but clean.
Sandy was a lovely host, very accommodating and helpful. We hired a motorbike through him. Chef at the restaurant was also excellent.
There is not much around this area but sitting on a nice secluded beach was really nice.

I stayed at 3 places on the island and this was the most disappointing. View was beautiful but when you book a place mainly for the view, it's very disappointing that the windows are too dirty to look through. Room was clean enough but I stayed 6 nights and was not offered any cleaning services, instead I asked for a broom. Service in general was not very enthusiastic. I did like the location and the nearby village life.

1st Room got 1 aircord not functional good, toilet dirty, super crazy hot, walk to reception after change to next door room, got 2 unit aircon, The room also feel hot..but better that 1st unit , the aircon auto sleep mode, unable reset. Far from town take 20 or 30 min (15-20km) or more , if you dont have transport move around is the problems. 300-400 meter always have 1 beach bar.

Amazing place, and Sandy was best host and to real. We love it the Bungalows and the ocean, views was amazing!! Good thing to remember is that in Pulau Weh is muslim area and you cant take tan with bikinies. But in Pulau Weh Paradise you can! Also food was very good! Wanna go back.

and establishment is paradise in name only. it is located in an isolated place, you will need a means of transport otherwise you will have to go around in circles. certainly the bungalows have a modern appearance, but appearance is not everything. they are joined in pairs with a connecting door, so that if the bungalow next to yours is occupied, you will hear the slightest noise. blackout curtains made of vertical slats do not work perfectly, your privacy is not respected. in terms of cleanliness, very worn toilet lid, stained pillows, all certainly constituting breeding grounds for microbes (see photos). Snorkeling in this place can only be done at high tide, taking care not to go far from the shore, the currents are powerful. The cuisine is very average, served without a smile and two to three times more expensive than the rest of the island. prefer by far a neighboring establishment, the Sunset Beach, which in every respect offers far superior services. Or go to Gapang or Iboih.
