I think this resort is not worth the price. The reason why I gave poor facilities is that we rented snorkeling equipment from the front desk. There was only one at the front desk. The staff said that they would contact their colleagues to solve the problem, but it was not solved in the end. I still had to find the rental equipment outside. Only breakfast is free in the restaurant. Lunch and dinner are paid. Just like our free breakfast, the charges are very high. There are ants in the juice drinks, which is disgusting. The shrimps are also moldy. In the next few days, we went to other places to eat. In short, this price is not worth it. Here is an even more outrageous thing. After we checked out, the front desk arranged for the staff to help us take the luggage to the dock. Then the staff said to go back to the front desk to get other gifts, and then help us take the gifts to the boat later. The boat was about to leave, but no staff came. My wife is not convenient to carry heavy things, so I can only take the gifts one by one on the boat. Is this a deception?

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Good restaurant. This hotel isn’t cheap, but one of the best hotels on island. Nice beach, good cocktails and small snacks during happy hour served just to the beach

The hotel location is good , since it is very near to JETTY ,

Room , I book premier deluxe , third floor , need to walk , no lift ….., room so small , no tv , no space at all ,the toilet is transparent ,,,, i pay RM 1330 , but regret
It is not worth at all ,,,,

Nasi goreng , hot dog , few breads , watwrmelon , pineapple , and order drinks ..
Rm 1330 no point to pay for the low class food like this ,
No more booking
Better booking normal room around rm 300-400 , it much better

We loved everything about our stay. I was here with my best friend it was so relaxing with a beautiful location. The breakfast is very good and staff always helpful and available. We went snorkeling, and saw so many fishes, turtles and sharks🪸😍. I’ll come back for sure ! Thank u bubu 🫶🏼🌞

We really enjoyed our stay at BUBu Resort. Staff was very friendly and took care of everything without even asking for it. Loved the free cocktails and snacks in the afternoon. Rooms are very nice and have a stunning few.
