Hotel del Prado

Первый раз я здесь останавливалась с мужем в 2021 году. Второй в 2023 году. И в этом году мы снова приехали сюда, взяли с собой ещё нашего кота. Мы приезжаем каждый раз в октябре в дни соревнований по кёрлингу. Муж профессиональный спортсмен. Этот отель принимает очень гостеприимно. Всё замечательно от номеров и видов из окон, до прекрасных ужинов( гала-ужинов) и завтраков. В баре всегда можно выпить любые напитки и выбрать себе место поудобнее и поуютнее. Так же приятно посидеть у отеля в саду за столиками из камня. Отель очень красивый и наполнен удивительными вещами от экзотических до старинных : посуды, мебели. Хороший декор и умение сочетать разные эпохи, придают всему домашний уют и комфорт. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Всегда готовы у вас останавливаться.

The best hotel in Puigerdà! Familiar and welcoming. Surrounded by a large garden area, it offers a Spa and swimming pool. Its privileged location allows clients to carry out all types of recreational activities: hiking trails, mountain biking, skiing, and discover the authenticity of the towns and the natural environment of Cerdanya Montse, the director, she was super kind, we had a very good connection with her! From the beginning we felt at home. The hotel is great! nicely decorated. Especially now at Christmas, full of details. The rooms are very comfortable and warm, the bathroom was very clean and spacious with everything we need, shower, towels, gel, shampoo, hairdryer... The buffet breakfast was incredible! juices fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses, ham Delicious bakery and all kinds of breads. We have really enjoyed breakfast! Coffee, tea and milk chocolate, very good coffee! The best breakfast we have ever had! A lot of energy to start charging our batteries on our sku day. All the staff were super friendly. Iván and Magali answered my phone and their attitude is exceptional, they made everything very easy for us. It was a short but intense stay! We have to come back, for sure! Hotel el Prado is definitely a paradise in Puigerda! Thank you very much for the experience

Correct hotel, it needs to update some things, I was unlucky to have leaks in the room and the door lock did not work correctly, but I repeat it is a correct hotel. The correct staff too. It has free parking

We did not have the opportunity to see the accommodation. We use the hospitality services offered. We were a group of almost 46 adults, who had hired the hospitality service in advance. We received excellent treatment, punctual and exactly as agreed. Highly recommended. If you are in the area, consider this establishment. The reception, bar, restaurant and lounge facilities are welcoming and well-kept.

Very nice hotel, welcome in French. Quality and very generous meal. Spacious and pleasant room for working, TV in French, but all French channels. I didn't know there was a swimming pool, otherwise I would have taken my swimsuit.
