They “upgraded” us to their beachfront property down the road which was nice - upon arrival we paid & they ended up charging one card and pre authorizing another card, when then they also charged - so we’ve double paid & been over a week and haven’t got our money back. So pay on ******* before if you can because they don’t seem to know how to work their machines.

The ocean view was spectacular. Hotel Volcan is a nice place to stay with great beds.

im Rahmen einer Rundreise waren wir 3 Tage dort. Es war so schön! Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, tolle Aussicht! Das Personal super nett! Das Frühstück ist als kleines Bufett organisiert, sehr lecker. Lage ist in 2. Reihe, bislang noch vor einer Baulücke, daher schöne Sicht - siehe Bild. Volle Empfehlung! Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, auch Radverleih ging problemlos übers Hotel organisiert.

This hotel was arranged by our travel agency. The manager and the front desk staff were very accommodating and gave us an upgrade to a sea view room. They scheduled breakfasts around our planned excursions. This is our best Galapagos hotel so far and this is our third island

Very peaceful
We were greeted with a welcome drink and lovely service. The staff was kind, helpful whenever we needed them, and welcoming. A very peaceful island! We could hear the ocean waves from our room

Nice Hotel Within Steps of Beach
Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms with shower. Our rooms on the third floor overlooked street below and had great view of the ocean. There is a nice common patio on the second floor. Made-to-order breakfast was included. In center of town, near all tour meeting spots, restaurants etc. Good value.
