O que atrai é o preço baixo para um país caríssimo.A cidade é muito mal tratada e suja, tem esgoto em várias partes e nenhum asfalto. Tudo isso deixa um ar de ruindade, mas do portão para dentro do hotel é outra história. Muito simples, não há TV ou café-da-manhã, mas o atendimento da proprietária faz você até gostar do péssimo local que é Puerto Viejo.

A las cabinas les falta mantenimiento, precio elevado para el estado de la infraestructura. Los accesorios del baño están deteriorados/quebrados/sucios. El baño tiene olor a tubería, bastante desagradable. De cuatro noches que me hospedé solamente un día limpiaron la habitación, no cambiaron la toalla. Las toallas que brindan están desgastadas. El sistema de vigilancia sobrepasa los límites de la privacidad de los clientes. La chica que atiende le falta amabilidad y no tiene buen trato hacia los clientes. Me hospedé tres noches, las cuales pagué anticipadamente a un costo normal. Tuve que quedarme una noche más y al dirigirme a pagar el día del check out la chica, de manera arbitraria, me cobró tarifa de temporada alta. Por el mismo precio se consiguen mejores opciones en la zona, en cuanto a instalaciones, limpieza y servicio al cliente (trato, atención y amabilidad). ¡Definitivamente ni repito ni recomiendo! The cabins lacks maintenance, high price for the state of the infrastructure. The bathroom accessories are deteriorated/broken/dirty. The bathroom has a pipe smell, very disgusting. Of the four nights that I stayed, only one day did they clean the room, they did not change the towel. The towels they provide are worn. The surveillance system exceeds the limits of customer privacy. The girl who serves lacks kindness and does not treat customers well. I stayed three nights, which I paid in advance at a normal cost. I had to stay one more night and when I went to pay on the day of check out the girl, arbitrarily, charged me a high season rate. For the same price you can get better options in the area, in terms of facilities, cleanliness and customer service (treatment, attention and friendliness). I definitely neither repeat nor recommend!
