Amazing place. We (a group of 4 friends), stayed at a villa. The hotel is made up of a gourgeous huge garden with some animals that is just very well maintaned and beautiful. This makes the villas a very peaceful and quiet place because you're surrounded by nature. The villas itself are amazing, the rooms very comfortable. I'd only add a sofá to the villa's living room because the chairs while aesthetically beautiful were not very comfortable. The staff was also amazing and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

I just made it home after spending 8 fabulous days in Costa Rica. From San Jose, my very 1st stop was Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, and I stayed at the Namu hotel. The environment is simply exquisite. Great food, friendly staff overall. My only (not complain, but rather) constructive feedback is on the booking of activities. 1-May was a public holiday and as a result, they were not able to accommodate booking activities, and reason being that the providers were off. I tried my luck, went on my own to visit the Cahuita natinal reserve, and found there on site a guided tour, and was even able to book a cocoa tour & indigenous (Bri Bri) tour. Note: when I left, I forgot to take my passport out of the safe, and the staff went above and beyond to transfer it to my last hotel. And for that, I will forever be grateful!

Spent 4 nights here. Location is ideal as it's walking distance from most of downtown Puerto Viejo but still in its own quiet area with perfectly manicured gardens. Stayed in a luxury suite which was solid and had its own private pool in a secluded area right outside the room. Breakfast was included which was solid. Didn't try any other meals at the restaurant since there were so many other options walking distance (or a short Uber) away. Service was solid. Room was large, clean and impeccably decorated. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Puerto Viejo.

Un lugar precioso, con gente amable. Todo de buen gusto. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, bien dotadas, el desayuno delicioso. Unos jardines muy bonitos. La piscina está limpia , los bungalows con piscina privada muy cómodas. La decoración preciosa. DOUGLAS , un magnífico gerente!! Hace la diferencia.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!
Die Lage hat für uns gepasst, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Das Essen war sehr lecker (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – und das sagt wohl alles. Wir können das Hotel wirklich aus Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.
Ich nehme mir nur für Hotels Zeit für eine Bewertung, die es auch wirklich verdient haben.
