The view of the volcano was amazing. The staff were great, the location was great for the hikes that we wanted to do. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was incredible. We had a full view of the gorgeous lake plus the volcano in the background. I don't think I'll ever have that good of a view at any other hotel. The hotel and staff were great. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent.

La atención siempre es perfecta, desde que llegas te atienden bien, cordiales; sus accesos son pensados en todos, incluso para personas con movilidad reducida, la comida es excelente, es exqusita, lugar acogedor, bonito, muy limpio, con una vista maravillosa. 100% recomendable

Das AWA Hotel ist toll gelegen und hat Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Das Nachtessen und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich . Der SPA mit Swimmingpool ist grundsätzlich schön aber nicht so sauber wie man es in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarten darf. Es braucht eine Tiefenreinigung. Nichts desto trotz wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und die Lage ist wirklich toll.

Muy buena, servicio muy bueno! Lo que no me gustó es que me ofrecieron recogerme pero no me dijeron que tenia un costo extra de $30.000 que no es menor. El tema de transporte fue malo el servicio muy caro y de excursiones no nos acercaron a ningún lugar por cortesía, todos los cobros sobre 30.000..

En General aceptable aún cuando teníamos expectativas más altas.
El Restaurat debe mejorar tanto en oferta de alternativas de consumo como velocidad en la atención. Demasiada espera que impide disfrutar de los alimentos entregados.
