Excelente atención de Cristian en recepción, las sras del desayuno muy amables, el té y café en uno de las salas de estar fue maravilloso, habitación confortable y calentita, cama de sueño, sin duda lo recomiendo por su cercania a la costanera donde puedes tomar bus que lleva al centro de la ciudad que fácilmente puedes hacer caminando, saludos Monica y Jorge

A construção é bem típica da Patagônia. Tudo limpo, quarto amplo, café da manhã servido a vontade (apesar de poucas opções), os funcionários são excelentes. Chegamos já eram 1 hora da manhã e fomos bem recebidos A localização é perfeita, próxima dos melhores restaurantes e da orla do Lago.

Hotel Boutique situado a dos cuadras del Lago, en la localidad chilena de Puerto Varas. Muy buen servicio y comodidades. Punto en contra, muchas escaleras para personas mayores y 0 de adaptación para discapacitados. Personal muy amable, una sala de estar acogedora y cálida, con detalles artísticos y buen desayuno incluido.

Excelente atención , realmente hacen la diferencia. Lugar muy cálido y acogedor, bien ubicado . Las habitaciones son calefaccionadas y limpias. Se escuchan los ruidos del piso y de otras habitaciones pero es propio de una casa antigua. Muy facilitadores y preocupados de los detalles. Kalfu superó mis expectativas.

After reading some of the reviews I must admit we were a little apprehensive to stay here. However, we needn’t have been at all. We stayed for two nights as part of a tour. The hotel is lovely, very unique, warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and we had no problems with sleep!

Hotel a l'architecture locale tres accueillant. Personnel sympathique et disponible, de bons conseils. Proche des lacs avec superbe vue sur les Andes. Chambre confortable, parking disponible. Excellents petits dejeuners. Restaurant local jouxtant l'hotel oroposant des plats locaux.

I have never seen such a dirty place. Terrible welcome. Not recommended.We had booked for 4 days but left after 3 hours. The bed was ruined and the sheets were stained as well as dust everywhere. Choose other places

My family and I went to visit Puerto varas last week. It is a beautiful and picturesque town. But, we had a very bad experience at this hotel. We were told to leave all our bags and belongings while we were going to visit the town. We were told by the driver of the tour to leave everything since it was a safe and tranquil place. We were not able to check in at the hotel as the driver recommended. It was for our sad and upsetting surprise that $800 were taken from our book bags. Nobody gave us an answer after we had called the tour company, the driver and the hotel. In summery, DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY AT THIS HOTEL!! And I will recommend to stay in another place. There are many more pretty, clean and trustworthy hotel in the town. I don’t recommend. Be careful !!
