Muy buen Hotel. Buena atencion en check in y check out, ubicacion ideal, con lindas vistas a lago y volcanes, desayuno completo, estacionamiento incluido y seguro y tambien con entrada a ******. Lo recomiendo y volveria a quedarme en una próxima visita a Pto. Varas.

Das Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden! Die Möbel und der Teppich im Zimmer sehen aus, als wären sie mind. 30 Jahre alt. Es gibt einen muffigen Geruch - man hält es eigentlich nur mit offenem Fenster im Zimmer aus. Das selbe gilt für die Halle und den Wellnessbereich - überall bröckelt das Hotel vor sich hin. Es gibt kaum Mitarbeiter, die Englisch sprechen. Es gibt auch Positives: Das Bett ist zum Glück neueren Datums und sehr bequem und auch das Bad war ok. Die Zimmermädchen tun ihr Bestes die Bude sauber zu halten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesucht freundlich. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den See und den Vulkan ist toll. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist gut. Parken in der Parkgarage war auch von Vorteil. Fazit: Das könnte ein tolles Hotel sein, wenn ordentlich investiert würde.

Excelente atención. Cama amplia y bien aseada. Cómoda. Con vista espectacular hacia el lago y el volcán Osorno. Excelente estacionamiento. SPA muy bien excepto que el agua de la pascina estaba a baja temperatura. Masajista de lujo. Excelente desayuno.

Sehr sauberes Hotel in optimaler Lage zum nahen Strand. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Reichhaltiges und ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Bei vorzeitigem Checkin Möglichkeit der Gepäckaufgabe. Sehr hilfsbereites und vor allem freundliches Hotelpersonal.

Wonderful placer in order to spend a couple romantic days, excellent SPA and large swimming pool and workout room, all rooms look to the Lago Llanquihue and the views is amazing (you can observe Osorno volcano, Tronador hill and Calbuco volcano).

Buena ubicacion. Habitación cómoda y limpia con vista al lago. Podrian mejorar el desayuno, con opciones mas salubables. Había una mesa llena de pasteles y solo 3 opciones de frutas. Segunda vez que voy y nuevamente el estacionamiento lleno de agua.
