Una muy mala experiencia vivida en este Hostal. El día 8 de noviembre deposité a Javier Zúñiga, (uno de los dueños del hostal Climb House), el monto total, para el arriendo de una habitación Matrimonial con baño compartido. Llegamos con mi señora el día 25 de noviembre, (día que habíamos arrendado), y nos atendió Diego, el otro dueño, quien no tenía idea de la reserva. “Nuestra habitación” estaba ocupada. Nos ofreció otra. Fuimos a verla y nos desilusionamos profundamente, pues no tenía nada que ver con lo que habíamos arrendado. Dos camas pequeñísimas, un lugar oscuro y bastante deprimente. Me comuniqué telefónicamente con Javier, quien fue muy descortés y grosero. Me dijo que si no estaba conforme con lo que me habían ofrecido, me fuera a buscar a otro lado, siendo que el había cometido el error. Envío la foto de la habitación que pagamos y la habitación que nos estaban ofreciendo, para que vean la diferencia. Quiero advertir a todas las personas que buscan un lugar donde alojar, no se dejen llevar por las fotos publicadas en las páginas web y menos las de este hostal. Además, que la falta de respeto, indiferencia y arrogancia, de Javier Zúñiga Gallardo, desprestigian a quienes si se esfuerzan por atender bien al cliente. Busquen otras alternativas. Climb House es un muy mal lugar para ir a pernoctar.

Fue una grata experiencia. El personal muy amable y las dependencias cuentan con todo lo necesario para preparar tu comida. La aislación de sonido no es la mejor ya que se escucha todo lo de la habitación del lado y del sector de escalada que está abajo del hostal, entonces si buscas silencio o tienes sueño liviano deberás esperar hasta tarde para dormir sin ruido. Tienen un gato muy lindo que es amo y señor del lugar. Lleven antialérgico, a mí me sirvió. Es rústico y las inmediaciones permiten conversar y compartir con los demás pasajeros.
