La ubicación de las cabañas es perfecta a orilla del lago con vista al volcán, estuvimos en las cabañas Elite, disfrutamos la piscina, hot Tub y la cafetería. Muy buen servicio, nos vamos felices, buen descanso en un lugar hermoso

Nos quedamos con mi familia en la cabaña más pequeña, la cual tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable y cómoda, el lugar es hermoso, una vista al volcán espectacular, tiene una playa muy linda, además de una piscina techada y tinajas de pago extra, el lugar cuenta con un pequeño negocio donde se pueden comprar cosas básicas. Cosas a mejorar, no hacen aseo diario de la cabaña, en otras cabañas que he estado por el precio sí se incluye, lo mismo con la wifi, la cobran adicional. También deberían coordinar mejor los servicios, cuando reservamos una tinaja no la tenían lista a la hora que se había reservado, tampoco fueron claros con los horarios, nos dijeron que funcionaban hasta las 21:00 hrs., sin embargo después vimos que habían personas ocupandolas más tarde.

El aseo es malísimo; telas de araña y arañas en el living, dormitorios y baños; tijeretas en la cama y cocina; ropa de cama con arena. Hay problemas de agua, somos 6 personas y no nos pudimos duchar por un problema de bomba de agua, según indican en recepción. La piscina tiene vidrios rotos y entra viento. La calidad en general del servicio ha bajado mucho, el precio en ningún caso justifica la experiencia.
