The room facilities are too bad. The location is great. Just downstairs is the seaside. It is an old hotel. I stayed here for 4 days. Breakfast was so so.

Worst experience. We got there and showered to get ready and noticed there wasnt even any towels in the room called to have some brought up and they brought 2 towels up a hour later and said the would bring wash clothes hand towels later never did. Then when we talked to manager they never even apologized or anything. Food was horrible. All we ate was fruit and they tried to charge us 1,100 for that. Definitely will not go here again.

Nunca nos avisaron que el hotel estaba en remodelación, había maquinaria pesada en todo el hotel, con un ruido espantoso todo el día, camas rotas, cortinas, colchas y sábanas asquerosas, nuestra habitación a pesar de que se contrató la más cara daba a otra habitación y solo nos dividía una puerta de madera, estando expuestas a los vecinos borrachos y ruidosos toda la noche, hubo reportes de robo dentro de la habitación por parte de los huéspedes (robo de dinero en efectivo) lo cual nos hizo preocuparnos y estresarnos más, cuando se supone que íbamos a relajarnos y fue un verdadero infierno, tanto así que pondremos una queja en la profeco.

muy agradable pero me tocó dormir en el suelo por que no nos cambiaron la habitación, la comida está rica, las bebidas están buenas. faltan más sombrillas en el área alberca y camastros. las actividades están divertidas participé con luis fonseca en una actividad y fue muy amable, sin duda volvería a visitar este hotel

Me gustó mucho el servicio de todo el personal es excelente, Luis Fonseca el animado es una excelente persona muy atento es muy ameno el ambiente en la alberca está excelente, la comida está muy rica toda es muy poca variedad pero el sabor es bueno de todos los platillos, solo siento que faltaría snacks en el área de piscina, de las habitación es todo muy bien muy limpia muy fresca y siempre todo está en orden, la bebidas son excelentes

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en Krystal Vallarta no fue la mejor. El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento y atención. Las áreas comunes, especialmente las albercas, están descuidadas y no hay personal supervisando. Muchos huéspedes juegan con pelotas dentro de la alberca, mojando a otros sin consideración, y nadie pone orden. Los elevadores tardan muchísimo y, cuando por fin llegan, se llenan de gente intentando entrar todos al mismo tiempo. Además, hubo ruido de construcción desde las 8:00 a.m. y en ningún momento se nos avisó que habría trabajos en curso. Las almohadas no se diga 2 duras y dos suaves. Las albercas están completamente saturadas, ya que el hotel aparentemente vendió parte de su terreno y ahora hay menos espacio para los mismos (o más) huéspedes. En general, el hotel está muy mal cuidado y se siente sobrevendido. No volvería, al menos no en su estado actual.
