Martina was excellent! Kept my room spotless and ready for me. The restaurant staff is super amazing. Thank you to Diego for great conversation on my last night!! All the bar staff are super! Looking forward to my next trip! Room service was an excellent addition. Thank you!! Thank you to the service staff on the lift that takes you from the bottom to top of the hill. So grateful for that service!!

We stayed here on our honeymoon in July of 2025, and it was absolutely wonderful. The view, the service, the location, I can't recommend it highly enough. We loved going to the rooftop bar, eating breakfast on the beach, and coming back to our air conditioned hotel room to cool off. We got an ocean view and it was spectacular. All of the staff was so friendly, and our little Spanish got us through just fine.

The sunsets from this place are outstanding!! We had cocktails and appetizers to sit and gaze at the sunset, it was wonderfully romantic, calm and peaceful. everything was perfect and if you get there early enough you can grab a chair and table to sit comfortably just the the two of you. It's a must see for sure!

Edgar, Daniel, Alexis, and the rest of the team delivered top-tier service that made the entire experience unforgettable. They were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone was having a great time. Whether it was recommending the perfect drink, keeping the atmosphere lively, or simply engaging with customers in the most welcoming way, they nailed it every step of the way. Best place to stay In puerto Vallarta with amazing staff especially the house keeper Rosalia she is the best but definitely would stay here again thank you very much to everyone! Great recommendation to anyone wanting to take a vacation must see
