I stayed 5 nights with a friend and we had a great time. The hotel is well-situated with a convenient gondola that can take you down/up the hill to many restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop pool is incredible and so are the staff who work there.

The staff were all very kind, considerate & helpful. Beautiful accommodations. Very clean & well cared for. My only feedback is there is not enough lighting in the bathrooms, especially for makeup application

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle 220. 5th floor corner ocean view, it was stunning. The rooftop infinity pool and bar is amazing, if not a bit too warm. The cleaning service was great, food and drinks were easily billed to the room. And happy hour prices made it much cheaper. 2 thumbs up!

This was a great location and a great property. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed using the amenities as well as the rooftop pool. There are several restaurants and other attractions that are all within walking distance. The only downside would be the noise from the major adjacent to the property. There’s a lot of loud traffic.

Everything was great and excellent service from everyone except one of the receptionist lady she's the one in charge there at the lobby at signature resort she got upset because our house keys card didn't work because they got deactivated after the cleaning lady was there and the lady was giving an attitude and very rude. But beside that no complaints everything was perfect. I will definitely go there again.

The Hotel is well located. Has a nice pool area and great staff.
The room was clean and comfy but we were mountain view second floor next to the road…..very noisy!!
The shower was big but had zero water pressure.
That being said we had a nice time but don’t book mountain view,
