This hotel is superb! Great location over Starbucks at the Malecon. Walking to sites were a breeze. We requested an upgraded room with a balcony, no problem. The hotel is clean, staff perfecto, spacious room with loft, AC, Fans and updated bathrooms. We recommended this hotel to all our family and friends!

This hotel uses many different names... this one... also, the Loft, etc. It has rave reviews on some sites... how?! We paid 3 x the regular room rate to get a "suite". It turned out to be 2 rooms... 2 beds.. 2 TVs.. and a refrigerator. Nothing else! No desk, table, chairs, dresser, microwave, coffee maker... and only a worn out top sheet for the bed... Brrrrrrr! Pillows were fat and lumpy. Bathroom was very small. Walls this so you could hear conversations in hallway and the people above us sounded like they were dancing and falling on the floor until 4 am. DO NOT STAY HERE! Choose a nicer hotel just north for half the price , and pay $3-4 for a taxi to the Malecon. They would not give us a refund for our 2nd separate reservation even though we cancelled 2 days before the deadline. I've been going to Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Limpeza muito boa, pessoal de serviço sempre muito disponível, simples mas confortável. A cozinha apesar de ter condições para preparar uma refeição não tinha disponível detergente, panos e outros para limpeza de louças. Boa localização no centro de Vallarta com acesso aos transportes públicos mesmo ao lado. De estranhar a entrada ser feita pelo parque de estacionamento mas tolerável
