The location in the Romantic zone is outstanding. The bar is very nice with a lovely pool and attentive waitstaff. The condo, PH 3, was clean, spacious and well appointed. The view of the bay is slightly obstructed but not enough to be a problem. Los Muertos beach is within easy walking distance, great for beach days. The Swell restaurant is a great choice for spending the day. If you are getting good and drink the chairs, umbrellas and towels are included. We had several very relaxing days at the beach. The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that there were no pots and pans. This was not stated in the description of the condo. We did not plan to do a lot of cooking so we made it work but would be a problem if someone plans to cook at all. Also be aware that the salon on the property was not at all accommodating. Wanted to have gel manicure, each time I tried to schedule they either had no room or didn’t have enough time. Told me that it would take 6 hours. So would explore other options if you need salon services. We will definitely stay here again if/when we return to PV.

Beautiful resort with a great view of the city and the bay. Wonderful pool side service with a daily happy hour. We stayed in suite 207. Incredible.... We can't wait to return.

Let me start with I’ve stayed at pinnacle and their other two properties many times and I keep coming back. I really like it. This time I brought two friends who had never been to PV before So we upgraded the condo to the Andrew Christian suite for the experience. And don’t get me wrong it’s nice. Just not that much nicer than any other condo and definitely not at nearly double the cost. I highly recommend pinnacle. The view is incredible, the staff are exceptional, love the pools and their happy hours. In my opinion the experience is not elevated by “upgrading” the condo.

Mariela is a wonderful housekeeper. She keeps everything so clean and lovely. She deserves to be recognized for her wonderful work. The front desk staff is also very helpful. Very courteous. Our stay is perfect. Everyone is very attentive.

Blanca did a great job cleaning our room. We come here every year. Great rooms/suite with all amenities, kitchen, washer/dryer and living space. We also are able to preorder food and drinks to be stocked in our kitchen (like tequila and limes) for a comfortable stay.

This resort is our favorite place to stay in PV. The location is perfect, the views are spectacular, and the staff is wonderful. They graciously accommodated all of our requests and helped to make our stay unforgetable. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with mesmerizing views. And it's a great value for what you get! Highly recommended!

We have stayed at The Pinnacle 180 several times and enjoy it very much. It’s a great location for walking everywhere. The rooms are so clean and our housekeeper Celina was extremely friendly, and also very professional and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Laura our housekeeper was amazing . Great service and a wonderful change from our poor experience with the management. Management likes to say No, I guess it’s just easier than yes. A Sad change for this once vibrant experience. With so many great options in the area we won’t be back.
