As usual a great experience. The room was spacious and lovely and clean. The views were to die for. The pool is amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome and taken care of. This is our fourth visit it is our go to place to stay.

This was our tenth time staying in Pinnacle 180 since 2013. They usually put us in the same room each visit. This was the second time going in September and second time going twice in the same year. The city had lost power for 20 minutes one night, and it rained for about 6 hours Friday afternoon. Overall, the large, covered balconies are great on sunny and raining days. We had an AC issue, and they were on it in a matter of minutes. We will be back next year since we go annually.

There was some kind of chicken farm or coup directly outside my room. So every day I was awakened at 5am by chickens which didn’t make for a very restful stay. The housekeeping was quite good but no room service which I believe they mention on their site. Also if venicular isn’t running walk back from town can be rough.

Pinnacle 180 is always great for its location, the views, the staff, and the maintenance. We’ve stayed many times and will return. Our unit, 506, looks directly out on the bay and has a jacuzzi on the deck. The water pressure is fantastic! Good bed and furnishings.

Clean property with a nice view of surrounding area! Located in the romantic zone away from noise yet close enough to walk to the pier/beach/many eateries. It is on a hill but there is a staircase that leads down to main road and a cable car that brings you back up. Room had a fridge, fully equipped kitchen, bbq grill, washer, and dryer. Our dryer didn’t work but I’m sure this is fixable. Overall we had a lovely 3 night stay and would come back.

Great place to stay, rest and enjoy Zona Romántica of Puerto Vallarta. Excellent service and many delicious options to have a really nice dinner, specially The Dorado and La Palapa. Stunning views from our bedroom. The room is very comfortable, clean and peaceful.

I love my ocean view room at Pinnacle 180. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was stocked for every need. I was close to everything but not too close where it kept me up at night. This is my go to place moving forward! the views of the ocean are unbelievable.

It was my first time staying at the Pinnacle 180. My roommate has stayed there 5 times prior and I’m so happy he suggested this beautiful location for my one-week vacation. The staff was attentive and the location was stellar. I chose the room with a hot tub on the balcony. I didn’t turn it on but it was a great cold plunge and a perfect vantage point to watch the spectacular sunsets.

This was an amazing hotel in a great spot of town!!! I don't think we had to go more then 3 blocks for anything we wanted. The rooms are huge and the a/c is awesome!!! The staff is always helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. We will be back here again for sure!!
