No hot water in units, hot tub doesn’t get hot, no refunds for reservations . After staying here multiple time the establishment has declined. I would not recommend staying here. Staff made no effort to fix any issues, we encountered in our stay.

We Stayed in the new adults only Pinnacle apartments last week for 10 days. I was disappointed in the new luxury suits. They are long and narrow and quite dark. Lots of hard surfaces so Noise from room above was troublesome. Roof pool was nice and heated, however, food was brought over from the main hotel across the street. Timely it was not. We were in room 202 with no view except for the main hotel across the street. The options for a room upgrade or better water views did not exist. Occupancy seemed low so I don’t know why they would not offer better rooms up front. All in all. Disappointing and very average. All hotel employes were very nice. These are condos rented by owners thru the a resorts division. Office staff reminded me of dealing with a management of rules all slated in their favor, rather than the guest’s. Loved the little cafe

We stayed here for 17 days and had a wonderful experience. The suite had a marvelous ocean view though partially blocked by their resort next door. The facility was very clean and comfortable with the plus of a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the room. A real plus was our house keeper Celina who kept the place spotless even washing the dishes . Celina was a master tissue and towel artist keeping us enthralled with her daily creations. Also a shout out to Daniel the concierge who was able to get us reservations into a highly popular restaurant that we were unable to book ourselves. The location was excellent just steps away from great restaurants and a theater. The only real negative was the noise created by all the night life

Clean and friendly. Jacuzzi cold water
Enjoyed my experience there. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was that the jacuzzi on the balcony of the room was not hot/warm at all. We paid extra for that room but weren’t even able to enjoy the jacuzzi out on the balcony. :/ the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

El lugar está lindo pero por el precio creo hay mejores, tenía cosas fallando o maltratadas, te hacen dejar en efectivo o débito 8,000 pesos y si es débito te los liberan 2 días después, la alberca es pequeña

Nice room but creepy construction workers
The rooms were nice and clean, staff was a little rude. There was construction in front of the building and our balcony so we heard loud noises all day. Also the construction workers were staring at us the whole time in our room because there were no curtains for the windows. We didn’t get in the balcony jacuzzi until late because the construction workers kept staring at us, would have appreciated if they would have let us know ahead of time of the construction in front of our room/balcony.
