Pinnacle 180 Stayed here for first trip to PV & really enjoyed it. Front desk staff & guests friendly & welcoming. Great bar happy hour. Small pool area that gets sun about 1:00. Housekeeper Blanca was exceptional. Daniel at the pool also exceptional. We were in Penthouse 5, which faces the ocean ~ lovely. 2 BR 2 bath. Beds comfy with lots of pillows. Our unit showed a bit of wear but we’d stay here again for sure. Some traffic & rooster noise but not terrible. Great location in ZR - we walked to breakfast, dinners, malecón, beach club, Farmer’s market, ATM’s, massages etc. Sometimes utilizing their funicular. Very hilly with cobblestones so heels & flip flops don’t work well.

The unit and location are excellent, offering a clean, spacious, and well-appointed space that is very comfortable. It’s a great place to stay if you value convenience and comfort. However, the front desk service leaves room for improvement. The staff is polite and apologetic, but their overly rehearsed responses feel robotic and unhelpful when issues arise. Policies are followed to the letter, but without flexibility or genuine effort to resolve concerns, it detracts from the overall experience. A more customer-focused approach would greatly enhance the stay.

Celina and Marcy are the most kindest two housekeepers I’ve experienced anywhere in my travels. And Ariana at the front desk was very helpful for anything we needed. We made reservations for 8 years in a row. Daniel was super attentive to all our needs at the pool

Another great stay at Pinnacle 180. Blanca did a wonderful job making sure our room was nice and clean every day. My only complaint is that in #501, the patio furniture is not very comfortable, and I sink too low on the living room sofa; it’s hard picking up these old bones from such a position. Nonetheless, were looking forward to next year!

Great condo rental. Staff was outstanding as always. Comfortable suite. Close to the beach. The weather was terrific during our stay. Close to all the great restaurants. Fun time with our best friends and travel buddies. Amenities were great.

Gresy is the best. The room is always very well kept. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle 180 to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. The views are amazing and a great location in and out of town. Very close to a lot shops, really good restaurants and Cafés.

No hot water in units, hot tub doesn’t get hot, no refunds for reservations . After staying here multiple time the establishment has declined. I would not recommend staying here. Staff made no effort to fix any issues, we encountered in our stay.

We Stayed in the new adults only Pinnacle apartments last week for 10 days. I was disappointed in the new luxury suits. They are long and narrow and quite dark. Lots of hard surfaces so Noise from room above was troublesome. Roof pool was nice and heated, however, food was brought over from the main hotel across the street. Timely it was not. We were in room 202 with no view except for the main hotel across the street. The options for a room upgrade or better water views did not exist. Occupancy seemed low so I don’t know why they would not offer better rooms up front. All in all. Disappointing and very average. All hotel employes were very nice. These are condos rented by owners thru the a resorts division. Office staff reminded me of dealing with a management of rules all slated in their favor, rather than the guest’s. Loved the little cafe
