This place is a rip off. The noise until 4am from the nightclubs next door and the hard beds make it impossible to get a good nights sleep. I checked in and stayed in this hotel one night in January 2025. I was charged at check in on my credit card for 6 nights, in the amount of $443 US, 8995 pesos. I was also charged $72 US prior to check-in for one night's deposit. I found the accommodations inadequate because of the noise from the nightclubs nearby into the early morning hours. The noise and the hard bed made it difficult to sleep. Therefore, I checked out the next day. When I checked out, it was understood by me that I would get a refund for the nights I didn't stay. I have received no refund on my credit card to date, even though I have contacted the hotel requesting one.

Liked walkable, very central and convenient. If you're a sensitive sleeper I wouldn't recommend. Overall I felt safe and enjoyed my stay.

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones sencillas, pero cómodas. El único detalle es el check in, pero nos dejaron guardar nuestro equipaje y pasar a la alberca. Definitivamente regresamos, si bien hay ruido, no es en exceso, nada que no te deje dormir.

This is a great location for folks who want to dive into the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta - however - the party in the street and next door was loud and went on until the late hours of the morning...

Nice room with kitchenette and balcony. In the middle of the action so music is loud till 3am. Very pleasant staff and there is a nice rooftop with a pool to relax during the day.
