酒店的位置非常好，在老城區逛非常方便，出門就是很多餐廳和商店，去酒吧也很方便。
但酒店有些舊和小，屋頂也有泳池還不錯。

Easy access boutique hotel with rustic charm; central location with connection to primary resort amenities. I have stayed here on many visits, will continue to do so and recommend to others.

Hotel is in great location and although a bit old, was clean and well kept up. Angeles at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, getting me into my room in advance of check in time and upgrading me to a bigger room! Rooftop pool is nice but was nice to use pool and beach chairs at larger sister resort across the street.

El alojamiento es bueno, solo no había recepción de aniversario, hasta q lo solicitamos y ya no fue sorpresa, pésimo servicio el todo incluido, los meseros tardaban horas y atendían mejor a los extranjeros.

É um hotel lindo, limpíssimo, confortável e muito bem localizado (é possível ir a pé a todos os lados), com uma equipe amável e atenciosa, e destaco a atenção do recepcionista Manuel Ramos, que a cada segundo nos fez sentirnos em casa, e mesmo fora do seu horário de trabalho, quando nos encontrava na rua e nos recomendava restaurantes, passeios etc. Manuel não é só uma excelente contratação por parte do hotel, ele é um patrimônio vivo impulsor do turismo de Vallarta.

The accommodations and the staff members were excellent! Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet and it was great having a balcony. Gloria from housekeeping provided great service, as well as Karla and the other staff members at the rooftop bar/restaurant. They were all professional, kind, and friendly. All the staff members made our stay memorable. I’ll definitely return to Hotel Casa Doña Susana!
