Teníamos muchas expectativas con respecto al hotel sin embargo no fue tan buena la experiencia.... Aunque la comida es buena los buffet son deliciosos tiene salida propia al mar tuvimos una mala experiencia con la habitación: Específicamente con relación a la habitación se reservó desde el mes de enero de este año reservamos una habitación con vista al mar.... nos dieron una de las habitaciones más viejas del hotel.... La 213. La habitación efectivamente tenía vista al mar pero no se parece en nada a la publicidad... Es una habitación muy vieja y además solo tiene una ventana con vista al mar que no se abre es decir no es un balcón. Además de eso tiene un aire acondicionado muy ruidoso que no se puede manipular no tiene control remoto y debes escoger o el aire acondicionado que enfría un poco o dormir bien porque el ruido no te deja... La verdad esperábamos una habitación más moderna con balcón que se pueda abrir con vista ya sea a la piscina o al mar pero ten precaución cuando hagas la reserva porque hay habitaciones con vista al mar pero muy viejas sin balcón con un aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y muy viejo.

Excelente Hotel, lindas instalaciones. El personal 95% amable, 5% sin ganas de trabajar. Sabemos lo cansado qué es un trabajo pero todos deben de dar su mejor cara al final, todos trabajan para el Hotel Las Palmas By See. Mención Honorífica.
