I went to visit for fist time Puerto Vallarta to celebrate my B-day at Dreams, the experience on the reservation for the table on the beach wasn’t the best, they forgot the reason I made the reservation for (my birthday) when they found out it was already late and they wanted to compensate with another dinner the next day but it wasn’t the same. but I had a very good Manager Mauricio who was there 100% If I go back I definitely ask for him to be my manager again, so attentive, quick response and very friendy, he was always caring of what we needed. Also, I wanted to give some credit to Manuel the server in the pool, very nice guy, always asking if we were ok on drinks at the pool. We had a nice clean room with beautiful views, I enjoyed my weekend at Dreams. Thank you everyone, most of them are nice and friendly.

El servicio excelente, todos muy amables, su disponibilidad para cualquier duda. Especial gracias a Alan, Jenny y Norma de Concierge. A la señorita Alejandra mesera del buffet muy amable y atenta. Carlos del poolbar excelente servicio. Y principalmente Joel Pool Concierge, nos hizo sentir muy especiales, nos organizó un festejo de cumpleaños y nos dio un diploma de agradecimiento por haber ido al hotel.

I was so impressed by this resort. I of course read reviews before booking and the negative reviews made me nervous. However, I was overly surprised by this resort. The staff are all incredible, so helpful, and polite. The food was all great. We enjoyed every meal we had. The entire resort was very clean. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the resort. An incredible vacation with my 15 and 10 year olds.

Fui de vacaciones con mi pareja y el hotel nos gusto mucho por el servicio que tienen, la comida del restaurante italiano muy sabrosa, las noches temas del buffet variadas aunque cabe decir que los postres eran casi los mismo todas las noches, nos gusto el servicio en area de piscina por parte de los meseros en especial mario muy atento al igual que armando de entretenimiento con su energia que contagia y que aunque no participamos en las actividades nos entretenia mos mirando, gracias a todo el personal por esta experiencia.

Wonderful stay!!!! Beautiful hotel and facility's. Noemi was incredible!! She made our trip perfect! She guided us on restaurants and activities through out the hotel along with activities and restaurants for the downtown area that we wanted to visit while on vacation.

The staff at Dreams was exceptional from the time we arrived to the time we departed. Our butler Mauricio was simply amazing and attentive our entire stay. Jaime was great as well as our concierge! Also Veronica on the entertainment staff was a joy!! The food was amazing as well! Thank you staff and Mauricio for making our trip a memory to always love and cherish!!
