This was a horrible experience! There was feces in the showers, flooded rooms, malfunctioning toilets, missing locks on doors making it a security risk. The place is runned down and there is lack of communication from staff, as well as horrible horrible customer service. I would not stay here again!!!!! I urge this place to be vetted and removed from your trip.com list. Its embarrassing to be associated with this place

Upon arrival the staff right away was so exceptionally nice, SUPER easy check in, Francisco was so kind and help with information. The chairs on the beach are meant for the hotel guest, the food is AWESOME, the nachos were so delicious, the margaritas were delicious. So so happy we chose this hotel. The views were incredible. Definitely recommend staying at Blue chairs!

Today we visited Blue Chairs with high hopes of enjoying the beach and their food, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We arrived around 1 PM, eager to find some chairs to sit and enjoy our meal closer to the water. However, the staff member assisting us was quite rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping us. When we inquired about seating near the ocean, he simply informed us that there were no seats available without offering any further assistance. We found ourselves waiting in the sun for help, but he continued to ignore us, instead spending time drinking beer with other clients. This behavior struck us as unprofessional and made our experience even more frustrating. Feeling neglected, we decided to leave Blue Chairs and headed to the nearby establishment, Ritmos. What a difference! The staff there was incredibly friendly and immediately offered to assist us in finding available seating. I would recommend avoiding Blue Chairs and opting for Ritmos or any other beach club instead, where the service is attentive and welcoming.

My recent 2 week stay at Blue Chairs Resort was amazing! Upon arrival, I experienced a warm welcome from 2 individuals at the front desk, Mario (hotel manager) and Rafael (hotel valet). As it was my first time in PV, both Rafael & Mario offered me (and delivered ) their personal , professional attention that I can only describe as extraordinary. Throughout my stay, Mario oversaw my in-house hotel expenses to ensure they were both valid and consistent with hotel policy. And Rafael went out of his way to assure my comfort and convenience as a guest at his hotel. In addition, the waiters at the hotel restaurant worked together as a team to make me feel at home, something I appreciated as someone new to their wonderful & exciting city. A shout out to the entire staff in their respective duties at Blue Chairs! A special confidence and appreciation to Rafael who is to be valued as much as a hotel concierge as an exemplary valet!

Horrible. Yo no pensaba que aún existen hoteles en el año 2025 que sean tan malos y con un trato tan horrible.Para nosotros fue la peor decepción del viaje , debería intervenir urgentemente la institución de sanidad. Aparte que nos cobraron 600 € por 3 noches los habitantes fueron una pesadilla. Aparte de todo eso había huevos de xilófagos que es el bicho que come la madera

This is a great hotel and located in a perfect location. I stayed with my husband and we didnt have high expectations because we read the reviews. Some saying the hotel is a bit runned down, which it is but we can look past that. We came right before pride and the staff were all very nice. The rooms were clean. We had an ocean view and could hear some noise but we came back to the hotel late after the bars and it was quiet. Slept pretty well until late morning. The cleaning staff does make a lot of noise in the hallways but it's not unbearable. The beach is perfect, we swam in the ocean all day and it was fun. We were able to wear our speedos and no be judged by anyone for it as there are a lot of guys on the chairs. We will be back!

How do you write a review for a place that didn’t wow you or wound you? It just… existed. This is for my beach pass visit only. Service? Snaps for them—very sweet. But I felt like a sardine in a sea of beach chairs. Elbow-to-elbow, like we were all fighting for sunlight and sangria. Now for the tea: the highlight wasn’t the view or the vibe—it was watching some queens get delightfully messy. Shots for the servers, slurred karaoke energy, and eventually a gentle assist to the bathroom. I didn’t come for drama, but I stayed for it. Beyond that moment of Bravo-level chaos? Not much to report. Just a day at the beach… with a sprinkle of reality TV.
