Extremely pushy timeshare sales people. Rooms were not cleaned properly upon arrival, still had popcorn kernels in the bathroom from the previous guests. When the cleaning staff came in, they did not do anything to the floors, they were so dirty you had to keep your shoes on in the room.

la estancia estuvo cómoda, el internet está limitado no es de alta velocidad en algunos casos era imposible ver películas, hicieron falta utensilios en la cocina que tuvimos que completar de lo demás todo excelente no la pasamos bien

Pude descansar y al estar en un lugar centrico, pude tambien caminar por las tiendas cercanas, ademas de que el hotel cuenta con su propia tienda de viveres y de sourvenirs.

Nula atención a los detalles. Las habitaciones llenas de insectos y hormigas. En nuestro primer día, la habitación aun tenia pertenencias de los anteriores huéspedes. El personal te hostigaba para adquirir un plan vacacional.
