Mi experiencia en el hotel fue, en general, muy buena. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas, y la habitación era cómoda, con todo lo necesario para descansar: cama amplia, aire acondicionado y buena conexión Wi-Fi. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo especial esta estancia fue el personal encargado de la alberca y las actividades. Su actitud fue excelente: siempre amables, atentos y con una energía que animaba el ambiente todos los días. Gracias a ellos, disfrutamos muchísimo cada momento junto a la piscina, desde las clases de aquaerobics hasta los juegos organizados en familia. Sin duda, fueron lo mejor del viaje, gracias a Jocelyn y Eduardo

This is a follow up review for the cleanliness issue and corrective action provided by Supervisor Jazmine. After management saw my review I must say that speaking with Jazmine proved to be a positive experience. Ms Jazmine is committed to ensuring customers are well taken care of. She listens, she is compassionate, she is professional and she is the example others at Mayan Palace employees and supervisors should follow. My room was cleaned to an acceptable level and there are no other issues with pests. I believe Jazmine will ensure that the next customer will not have my same experience.
