Sunset!
Beautiful sunset spot at a great price. It was a cold night and extra blankets were delivered while we were out to dinner. Great service! We didn’t get a chance to try out the restaurant but hope to next time.

This is a hidden gem in San Carlos. Clean, right across from the beach, friendly staff and reasonably priced!

Staff was outstanding! However, if I was critical we requested hot water for the showers and did not receive until the owner visited late night #2. It seems there was mold on the top of the wall and ceiling; and speaks to why there was a dehumidifier. No TV available and possibly due to being low season. Room was clean. People were really nice but the beach was polluted with debris washed up. The primary culprit was plastics.

I wasn’t so sure about this town for our whale watch but grateful to have booked with sunset hotel because it was perfect for our quick one night stay. The rooms were great and so was the bar and restaurant
