hotel was basic, but do not go all inclusive, the food is to cold, not 1 meal is edible, customer complained to reception with no success, no alternative food oir refund offered, management was no hep whatsoever and would not co-operate with the travel agent. this is against food hygiene,

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Rooms were decent, the apartments are well placed near the Europa centre. All the staff were friendly enough, some more than others but no real complaints. The food was ok, always found something to eat. Think the beer was Amstel. I found round the pool was very relaxing during the day though the entertainment was not up to much like most places here. Overall good value for money

Petit appartement hôtel. Situé sur les hauts de Puerto Rico dans un secteur calme avec une belle vue. Petite construction sur un étage très agréable. Centre commercial Europa Center à proximité avec ses bars restaurants magasins, supérette. Deux belles petites piscines dans l'établissement avec bains de soleil. Établissement non conseillé pour personne mobilité réduite en raison des escaliers. Les chambres sont simples avec douche à l'italienne et WC. Salon avec canapé et TV( une chaîne française d'info fonctionnant mal). Four micro onde , petite plaque cuisson et réfrigérateur. Terrasse donnant sur piscine. Chambre avec lits doubles, armoire (non climatisé) . Animation 4 soirees sur 7 revenant chaque semaine. Pour les repas nous avions la demi pension. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec grand choix. Repas du soir identique. Rien n'a redire sur l'alimentation , ça change chaque soir. Pour les boissons la demi pension c'est juste l'eau pour le repas. L'hôtel est un peu loin de la plage, mais c'est largement faisable à pied. Sinon les taxis sont abordables, environ 5 euros pour rejoindre le front de mer. Mais ici vaut mieux louer un véhicule. Stationnent payant à l'hôtel 5€ la nuit. Mais on trouve des places gratuites dans la rue Personnel souriant surtout au restaurant, ménage fait tous les deux jours avec changement serviettes. Par contre les escaliers d'accès aux chambres et terrasses jamais fait en 14 jours. La réception c'est selon la personne. Un point négatif personne ne parle français, c'est espagnol ou anglais. Même les brochures. Bilan un très bon rapport qualité prix Wifi déplorable. Coffre fort à clé payant. Ouverture petit déjeuner à 8H30 c'est un peu tard. Comme souvent malgré le règlement certains squattent avec leur serviette les transats. Certaines restent mêmes en permanence.

The food is very hit and miss with the only consistent being chips, the hotel staff have no idea how to pour a proper drink, filling 3/4 of the cup with alcohol. the all inclusive is lacking in many aspects only real positive being the free cheap value ice cream and the beer. Staff are very ignorant and rude, often throwing dirty looks and barging past people. The house keeper only came round once in 7 days and only replaced towels. If you plan on coming back to the hotel past 11 you have to plead with staff not to call police even with room key in hand. Dirty cutlery and a non working stove was also part of the stay leaving us to either spend on food or go hungry until the very oddly planned out meal times came along, again with very hit n miss food. Not ideal for children as other guests like to bang scream and shout as well as staring at my fiancée making her very uncomfortable. There is no air con, only a futile fan of no real use. The tv only in the living area was very quiet and hard to use with the broken remote. If you respect yourself, your family and your hard earned cash I would not recommend staying at this hotel from hell. Ps the staff also tell you to cover up if you have no shirt on, yet they allow the native guests to walk around with their breasts out which is an eye sore for adults and children.

We arrived late , the area to apartments is very dark and no help carrying suitcases up lots of steps , no water in room after a long journey no coffee or sachets provided and all inclusive stops early ! Entertainment really poor , wifi only in reception Got to pay for air con , safe pool,towels Half the sun loungers broke Resturant small but I was bed and breakfast and was nice No life guards No day activity's These apartments are a good base close to everything and clean so if looking for lazy days and do nothing your be ok They cater much more for Spanish as from may/June they get reduced holidays from the government here ! Kick out is 11 and try to stop all inclusive from that time be aware ! If hiring a car you have to pay to park here

We are currently staying here,and definitely it's not a 3 star hotel!!!!Last year we stayed in 3 star hotel in Futaventura and now feels like 5 star!!! Poor restaurant, rooms are ok,poor swimming area,no entertainment. Will never come back,waste of money

hotel poco amigable. muchas escaleras difícil acceso y poco personal. El wifi solo funciona en la recepción. El comedor muy pequeño para todos los huespedes. ya que existe uno cerrado por vacaciones hasta septiembre 2025. Horarios de desayuno comida y cena muy rígidos con solamente 1 hora de servicio.

The hotel itself has no problems the rooms are very nice for a 3 star the food is ok and enough choice, the biggest problem is the Spanish residents that come for meals it’s outrageous, they flee to the restaurant at mealtimes with no manners whatsoever, all over guest have to deal with them barging past and pushing in taking all seating up, other guests of the hotel that have been visiting for 13 years complained about this to management and got told to come for food after the Spanish and at 10pm for tea how ridiculous is that, coming for your tea at 10pm when dinner finishes at 3, why bother paying for all inclusive at all?
