Los techos llenos de humedades, cuando está lleno de familias con niños, Es vergonzoso que la salida es a las 11 de la mañana y no dejan quedarse en la piscina hasta las 14:00,en cambio han dejado quedarse a otra persona en la piscina y en cambio a nosotros no,el trato es igual para todo el mundo que va alli La niña de mi pareja se ha tenido que ir de allí porque no le han dejado estar más en la piscina mientras había otro niño disfrutando cuando ya no le tocaba estar allí

Me and my friends booked a package through on the beach , once we got off the plane and arrived at our hotel, we found it was all pitch black no one was there. We could not gain access. It was past midnight and we was shattered and just wanted to get into our room after an hour of trying to contact the hotel. We found a number hidden at the side of the front door. We then rang this number and got told to go to this other hotel which was a 25 min walk away with all our suitcases etc. to be told our hotel had been shut down for months and they couldn’t understand how we could have booked to stay there for 1 week. We was disgusted as we paid alot of money and the hotel we had to stay in was defiantly a downgrade. We will never ever be booking through on the beach again and we will be telling all our friends and family the same. We have tried contacting on the beach to complain and speak to someone about our experience but we have had no response. Very upset and devastated as it ruined our whole holiday.

Paid 50 euros holding deposit upon arrival to cover any breakages. Was told would get this back night before returning home this didn't happen so chased it up again was informed would be in my account on the day of departure still didn't happen have emailed twice and called reception and spoke to them still no sign of transaction being reversed. Be careful when people with your holding deposit.

Nos estamos hospedando actualmente y la primera impresión es de, donde está el ascenso? hay pero sin info y llegando solo a una zona concreta, escaleras y más escaleras en pendiente. La recepción en medio de todo el complejo con poca info de donde está. El atendimiento normal, ni más ni menos. Pero lo curioso es que en la piscina 20:30 el de seguridad nos saca de malas formas siendo mi hijo 7 años y yo únicamente, y de muy malas formas nos habla y nos dice que salgamos, creo que para estar de cara al público se necesita un poco más de tacto a la hora de decir las cosas y más estando con un niño. Mañana repetiremos a ver qué pasa. 😏

I have travelled to Gran Canaria for a holiday 5/6 times over the last 10 years. I really like this hotel for price. It has a small shop on site and a small bar / cafe near the pool. It is on top of the hill overlooking Amadores beach and the beach is a 15/20 min walk downhill. 5/10 mins up and across the top is the Europa centre with loads of restaurants, bars and shops. I longer walk downhill is the walk into Puerto Rico with more of the same. I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed for a week with my boyfriend and it wasn’t the best place we’ve ever stayed. Upon entry into the room there was ants all over the kitchen floor and throughout our stay our room only got cleaned twice therefore the ant situation just worsened. On a better note, the balcony was amazing and so big & it had the sun on it all day! The beds were half decent but the sheets had a few hairs on them when we first arrived which is very off-putting. The worst part wasn’t the cockroach in the shower or the ants, it was the fact there was no aircon and we had to wait 3 days until they gave us a fan which was useless as it was clearly cheap and very old. The night staff member Manuel was lovely and very helpful and even opened the shop for us past closing time. The food is a hit or miss but decent price if you don’t wanna walk anywhere. Beach is too far to walk and about 7 euro in a taxi. Overall wouldnt stay here again.

This hotel is in a perfect location, if you go left out of the apartment walk 5 min then you will find shops and restaurants which are fantastic, if you go left walk down the hill for a mile you are on the beach, you do need to get a taxi back though as the hill is very steep, the hotel itself is perfect it has everything you need the little shop is perfect for getting a few bits and it is fairly priced. The bathroom could do with a little updating but it was perfect for everything you needed the shower was really powerful and the loungers on the balcony were the comfiest ones we have ever sat on. The staff and hotel is perfect we had an amazing time.
