The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

Its a lovely place to stay with an amazing view and good food! However the restaurant staff were to busy shouting at there new staff who were the only server on floor instead of helping him, and the lift never worked! Had to carry 3 suitcases at 21kg down 6 flights of stairs with no help after management promising they would help find a solution or get someone to help us we are time share holders and have never been so discussed with how they handled it.

We stayed for a fortnight in July. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good overlooking the harbour with a good selection of restaurants nearby. You can easily walk into Puerto Rico or take a ferry boat to other local towns. Rooms are well designed with everything you would need.

Don't be suckered into buying into this!!! It is a timeshare and nothing else where you will find it hard to book as they take their time in replying to you. Yearly maintenance charges all this after a hard sales tactics.

We have travelled and stayed in many didn’t hotels of all shapes and sizes! This little apartment complex has to be one of my favourites. The rooms were a great size, they have absolutely everything you could need, and the views were absolutely amazing. Also the rooms were quiet, we never heard the cleaners or our neighbours. It’s In a fantastic location, close enough to the local amenities that you can walk or get a taxi (around €5) but not too close that it disturbs a good nights sleep. The staff were fantastic, and so accommodating. There’s no sunbed wars! Which makes a nice change, they don’t even open the pool area till 10am, so no rushing in the morning. Would definitely recommend the tapas night on a Tuesday and the grill night on a Friday. We stayed self catering and the bar and restaurant prices were extremely reasonable. The only negative was the beds! They were so hard and not at all comfortable. But this would not put me off booking again. All in all week had a fantastic week

🏅WOW🏅 simply wow. We had a great time, 10 nights of peace and pure relaxation due to the hotels location, 5 minutes from a small complex with a few restaurants, pub and supermarket. Continue through the tunnel you have an extra 2-3 minute walk to the local beach. If you're looking for a more lively night, Puerto Rico shopping centre is a 15-20 minute walk with gift shops bars and restaurants. The Vibe restaurant and it's staff is very good, grill night on Friday nights with entertainment is perfect to let your hair down. There's a range of breakfasts available with a delicious full English breakfast 😋, and a snack menu during the day and happy hour 4-6 for us that like a shandy 😉. All served by the friendliest most down to earth staff who will go to the ends of the earth to make sure you're relaxed and having a good time. The pool is definitely up there with the nicest most relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery I've come across, surrounded by the natural beauty of the rocky hills. Also no sunbed/umbrella wars as there's plenty to go around and no towels are allowed to be left overnight. We had a room on the 2nd floor over looking the marina (and what a view it is). The room was very spacious, clean with cleaners in every day and room had all essentials needed. Only things wrong with our room is the windows and air-conditioning. You can hear everything from inside the room, we had a terrace which meant we heard everyone going back and forward. The air-conditioning is good through the night but during the day, it's not so good, especially late afternoon, the room temperature still rises when AC is on.
