Terrible book somewhere else ! Was here. There was unannounced works to the outside seating area are causing real problems for guests. And also being situated at the front of hotel working going on at bottom of hillside which echoed up all day except sunday There has been cutting grinding and welding of an outside structure, and today paint spraying 😳 resulting in toxic fumes and over spray everywhere. Jet 2 have and did not inform us of. It’s also been taken over by the servutur group and definitely gone down hill talking to other guests who've been 12 year plus some of them. . No entertainment worth watching No bingo no quizzes no basketball no nothing, nothing dor the kids eitjer cant even have balls or floatys in pool. Food was dismal and very repetitive. Youd be lucky if ut was warm at the bestbof times and sometimes desserts were still feozen on the inside. Ans the flys around the food was a hygiene issue its self. Ans cockrpaches within famliy members rooms also. My uncle pened above kitchen cupboard door and a cockroach fell out and thats just one to mention. Rooms were clean and tidy on arrival and fresh towels more or less e everyday. Good luck with your new Hotel venture Servutur. You won't see me coming back

Excellent hotel immaculately kept, numerous pools, in a fantastic location nice food always a bonus, very friendly staff always willing to help with any queries you may have, also has an onsite shop and cash machine, lots to do for children, in a great location with stunning views of the Mediterranean

Had a great time here the balconies are really big and the views are great of the harbour Food was good but the dining room was a bit small The staff were great and helpful.there is a bus down to Puerto Rico provided by the hotel two or three times a day free.

Recently stayed here..positives..rooms large and very clean lovely balconies.. Breakfast was nice and drinks..hotel staff work hard and are polite..now for the negatives..not much choice for food at lunch and dinner..no atmosphere at the hotel ..entertainment was awful...shower in the room wasnt the best..no smoking on balconies..small 3 metre smoking area for the whole hotel..nice walk down to amadores beach but had to get a taxi back..no good if you have mobility issues ..spent most of our time out or on our balcony due to the lack of atmosphere and entertainment..sadly won't be returning ..ive stayed in so much better 3 star hotels

Rooms were spacious with a huge terrace with your own sun loungers. Beautiful view of the bay below. Beds were very comfy. Food and drink options were standard for all inclusive hotel. Entertainment was a bit dull. It is at the top of a very steep hill and there was no shuttle bus to the beach.
