Stayed at this great hotel for total of 9 nights. Room on 6 floor. Fantastic room very spacious and magnificent view down onto resort.Room cleaned every day by friendly cleaners.Food was great for breakfast but dinner was really special.All staff very very friendly and do brilliant job.

3rd visit to Casablanca and I just love the peace and tranquility of it. Yes it’s at the top of a hill but turn right at hotel exit and follow the road until the stairs which take you straight to the main centres. Taxi back for 6€ We had a large balcony on the corner (room 406) which got the sun from around midday, probably earlier in summer months and it stayed on the balcony until evening. Could become too warm though. Didn’t try the aircon as wasn’t warm enough to switch it on and we found leaving the balcony door open was enough. The noise from the centre is noticeable IF you leave the door open but it certainly did not keep me awake or require earplugs. Don’t let that put you off. The beds are comfy, had a great sleep every night. Breakfast is great, staff all welcoming and snacks at the bar are also good. One person who stood out for us I think her name is Sylvie but all staff deserve a thank you. Used the massage on offer and it was superb. No rushing for sunbeds here, plenty to choose from. Only negatives is the bathroom needs a refresh as silicone around shower extremely grubby. TV in our room we couldn’t change the language as menu button not working. It wasn’t that big a deal so we didn’t ask to get it fixed. I would recommend this hotel and I would return.

Could not fault this hotel at all. Upon arrival, the room grade we had booked was not available until the following day so was offered an alternative for one night with the option to change the following day, having viewed it first. Didn’t bother because very satisfied with the alternative. The only difference was a smaller balcony than the room we should have had but still big enough for sun loungers as well as table and chairs. Still had whirlpool, which we had booked. Restaurant excellent ant breakfast and likewise for evening meal. Spa good. Staff excellent, in particular, the evening restaurant manager. If I had a criticism, it would be that it was so good, that I really did not want to go home whereas normally I don’t want to go home but in a way I do if that makes sense

We’ve just had an 8 night stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a room on the 6th floor. The room was big with plenty of space to keep suitcases out of the way. We liked the little kitchen area and the fridge/ freezer came in really handy for keeping our beers and water icy cold! The bed was 2 singles pushed together but we were fine with that, it was comfy and the bedding was starchy white and clean. There was plenty of wardrobe space too but a few hooks in the room somewhere would’ve been nice for longer garments and jackets. The bathroom was clean and functional but as others have said, ready for an upgrade. The shower was powerful and spacious but the temperature of the water could change quite suddenly from hot to cool, especially in the mornings when I suppose the showers are in demand. The hairdryer was useless and it’d advise taking your own, my hair is thick and long and the hairdryer has no power or heat, I did a lot of airdrying my hair this holiday! The balcony was the best we’ve ever had and we loved sitting out at all different parts of the day and night. We had a table with 2 chairs which had comfy cushions on them, 2 loungers, a brolly and an outside bath. We loved the balcony which has great views over the ***** and down to the beach. Housekeeping was great- and the staff doing this job were so friendly and smiley. We had bed and breakfast as we like to try different restaurants as part of our holiday. Breakfast was nice enough, there was enough of a selection to please everyone but we have had better in hotels of the same rating. Sometimes there wasn’t enough staff to keep on top on things and you were hanging around for bowls and cups but overall it was a nice enough start to the day. Lovely pool area and we always got a lounger when we wanted one. We had lunch at the pool bar twice and it was nice. They do buy one drink get for half price at certain times of day- think buy one get one free would be more popular!!! We went up to the roof terrace once for a couple of hours after breakfast one day, it’s ok to sit and chill and enjoy the view but nothing really happening up there. Maybe it gets a bit livelier with the bar open a little later in the season? Lobby area is nice and clean with plenty of seating and a library area which we loved as we both read lots on holiday- love leaving my books for someone else to enjoy and enjoying some of theirs too. We didn’t visit the spa- just never got round to it as we were out and about so much! The resort is lively and the hotel is right above it but we quite enjoyed the vibe and once the door was closed it didn’t bother us at all. It’s pretty steppy and steep so be prepared for that but again, the t didn’t bother us too much and there’s taxis everywhere if you need one. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel .

The hotel was simply not up to standard. The bathroom was a disgrace even compared to poor quality rented accommodation. From the toilet seat being loose and the soap dispensers not working properly, the shower leaked due to poor sealing to an extent that the water, I assume also from previous occupants as well, got under the flooring to such an extent that the water came back up through the cracks! This meant if you wanted to use the bathroom you had the choice of shoes or wet feet! The maid even left us extra towels so we could mop it up! We also found that when we used the whirlpool bath that it sank on one corner by about 1 1/2 cm which concerned us as to its usability. We advised reception of all of this and we were told that they were aware and refurbishing block by block and there were no other rooms! The question that prompts is why let them out? Other than the room the half board option I took out was disappointing with the menu replucated on many occasions which left us little choice if we didnt want to eat the same each day, of the 7 days,we ended up eating out on three of them. This hotel is 2 star at the best not 4
