Servatur Casablanca Suites & Spa - Adults Only

Where do I start I haven’t even left yet. Firstly advertised as non smoking throughout it isn’t so why is it advertised as that. Pool does not open until 10am as in front of restaurant and closes at 7pm as serving evening meals in the restaurant. We are adults not children. No conseirge service on arrival as it says there is,there is the lift floor 3. We are stopping in a superior junior suite which is kept pretty clean but definitely done on the cheap,uneven laminated floors in bedroom and bathroom area. Bathroom has black mould around which even a good clean would not remove. As built on a hillside there is different levels so from junior suite higher up those balconies look directly over each one so no privacy at all,plus people who smoke you get all there ash and smoke wafting over you so not ideal as I’m a non smoker,the reason why I booked this hotel as non smoking throughout. Room service has a QR code in your living area/bedroom first time I ordered it was acceptable but second time unavailable and third time was enough,we bought burgers from the restaurant from the QR code which was €20.50 plus €3 for room service pretty reasonable I thought but when delivery came with attitude the bill was asking for more I refused to pay the extra as I was told previously to go by the QR code which has all the services. I’m pleased I refused as she muttered,no doubt abuse and stormed off and said she would be back.So I continued to eat my dinner but on biting into the burger it wasn’t even cooked through so on this I went to reception for a complaint form which I filled in,but I seriously doubt anyone will take any notice.didn’t want to add food poisoning to the list. This was classed as a 4 star ⭐️ hotel so I booked it for our 40th wedding anniversary which don’t come around that often,totally ruined my the lack of what is and what is not as most of the information on the hotel is rubbish. One last thing it says it has a rooftop bar for relaxing from 20.30 through till 00.30 it’s not been open,I believe it’s due to the lack of staff. I said the last thing but breakfast isn’t to bad but the bacon looks like it’s from previous days . Think I have covered everything and still 2 days to go.

Well what can I say I’ve had a very pleasant stay here, thank you so much to all the staff here at Servatur Casablanca Suites and Spa in all departments, you’ve made my stay a one to remember I will be definitely back for sure in the future, I’m more than happy to give you good feedback. The food was lovely and loads of facilities for the adults with it been an adults only hotel, very relaxing and we was looked after through out our stay if they was a problem they were more than happy to assist us.

I stayed at this hotel last week and was initially quite happy with the service – communication before our arrival was great, and the staff seemed friendly. However, my experience since then has left me deeply disappointed. During our stay, I left all my jewellery on the side in the room for the entire week. On the last day, we went down for breakfast and when we returned, the jewellery was gone. At the time, I assumed I must have packed it in my suitcase by mistake. But after returning home and thoroughly checking everything, I realised it was nowhere to be found. I’m convinced it was taken during that short window when we were out of the room and the cleaner was inside – the only person with access. What makes it worse is that we left a generous tip for the cleaner, which now feels like a mistake. Some of the jewellery had sentimental value and cannot be replaced. I’ve emailed the hotel multiple times since leaving, hoping for help or even a response, but have heard absolutely nothing. The silence is incredibly upsetting and unprofessional, especially given how responsive they were before I arrived. I still hope the hotel will do the right thing and return my jewellery if it’s found, but with no communication, it’s hard to stay hopeful. A very upsetting end to what could have been a great stay.

I booked this hotel as a late deal less than 48 hours before departure. It was a very reasonably priced break and the reviews were positive so I took a chance. Everything turned out to be absolutely fine. I only booked a junior suite so there was no jacuzzi but the balcony was enormous. The room isn't really a suite in the true sense of the word, because the living and sleeping areas are not separate. But it is a large room with well-equipped catering facilities. Bring your own tea and coffee though, it is not provided. The shower was powerful and the water was hot. Cleaning was done every day, no complaints about the room at all. The breakfast was good, with the usual omelette station, full and continental breakfast choices etc. There was no shortage of sunbeds around the pool, I think because those in the Superior suites have sunbeds on the balcony. The food and drink at the pool bar was tasty and good value, especially at happy hour and the spirits were poured generously! The staff are all friendly and helpful and there is a chilled vibe about the place. The resort itself is the complete opposite, being very lively. You can hear some noise from the town but it didn't interfere with my sleep and my husband uses earplugs. The nearest steps down to the town have just reopened. There are 162 steps if you exit to the left, or 100 if you go down the road to the right. If you want to go to the beach or harbour I think it is easier to go left and follow the road round as you avoid the hustle and bustle. We had an enjoyable and relaxing week here.

My second stay at the Casablanca as a solo traveler. This time for only 5 nights once again for a Big Game fishing trip. At my request they allocated a room on the 6th floor which featured a Whirlpool bath on the balcony (had a problem with it on my first day, but it was fixed within an hour) and good views. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was very good (especially the omelettes ) Evening meal which is waiter service was very good. Like others have mentioned , all of the staff are excellent, very friendly, helpful and efficient. My room cleaner was especially good, helpful, friendly, and made sure the room was spotlessly clean every day. I would definitely return.

Brilliant hotel. The view was fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill which didn't bother us. The staff are brilliant. A big shout out to Silvia, Alberto and Reuben. Food was always nice, Breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean, we had a large balcony with a jacuzzi. We couldn't of asked for more for a perfect honeymoon.
