Voor vertrek was er al een goed contact over de incheck. Het appartement is geweldig. Heel luxe, de keuken is goed uitgerust met mooie schone oven, magnetron, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekend ontbijt. De schoonmaak was goed en er werden regelmatig schone handdoeken gebracht. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en hebben zo het eiland verkend. Aanrader is Maspalomas en Amadores om gezellig wat te lopen en eten. Voor meer avontuur rijdt dan door de bergen naar het bergdorpje Tejeda. Een hele mooie route.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Great location, very clean, comfortable and peaceful place. We booked a room with private pool and it was lovely with amazing views. We didn’t have any problems with the virtual reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again! Highly recommended!

This is my second time here and i enjoy the hotel very well. Nice room, staff and breakfast. its very clean here and very good view over Puerto Rico. The best room here have own pool and that i like a lot. And if you dont wanna stay at the room swimmingpool, then you can go to the pool by the bar. very very nice. i will recomand this to all other.

Bardzo komfortowe pokoje ze wspaniałym widokiem z okien. Pokój z jacuzzi na balkonie fantastyczny. Śniadania były miłym i smacznym rozpoczęciem dnia. Przesyłam pozdrowienia dla calej sympatycznej obsługi. Z przyjemnością do Was wrócimy.

Wow... penso che sia il più bello della zona. Ci hanno dato il 302...bellissimo con la piscina privata da dove si poteva ammirare un panorama mozzafiato. L appartamento è perfetto, dotato di tutto il necessario,molto pulito e silenzioso. Il personale veramente molto gentile. La colazione abbondante e di qualità. Direi oltre le nostre aspettative. Siamo rimasti stra soddisfatti. Grazie a tutto lo staff❤️

What a pleasure was to stay in this beautiful resort. Staff were so friendly and professional. Apartments clean spacious and modern. Breakfast was tasty and with enough choices. Everything was freshly made and tasty. This really is a 5 star establishment.

Absolutely stunning views some of the best views I have seen, just Beautiful! We had the Penthouse suite with a hot tub on the private huge balcony , beautifully designed rooms with everything you need, and more , super clean, and comfortable great bed also The Hotel Restaurant was wonderful amazing value and beautiful food, The staff were friendly informative and great help, especially the Restaurant manager. The only reason this review is not a five star Is it was very disorienting arriving at night No staff were around to help and there are two exits, our taxi dropped us off at the very top exit, and we had to navigate our way to first the lift then our rooms , everything is done on an app on your phone no key card ect. It is a beautiful place , But would recommend you arrive before night fall , as there are only the restaurant staff available to help and it’s difficult navigating around the area stunning as it is There are views to die for everywhere you look !!! We shall be back…

Hôtel magnifique, très propre avec une vue incroyable sur l'océan. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est à notre écoute 24h sur 24. Nous n'avons qu'un souhait c'est de revenir au plus vite. Pourquoi pas pour y fêter nos 30 ans de mariage le 30 Mars??
