This is our 2nd visit here and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful apartment, pool and views. Staff are always smiling and helpful. We found the vending machines by accident. Just basics if you run out of alcohol or chocolate. Having the filtered water tap is an absolute bonus as normally you are lugging 5 litres of water every day to your apartment. We were in 301 and 312 in Sept 2024. The next time we return we are going to book apartment with jacuzzi for a change. Breakfast which we paid for on our booking is an array of hot and cold foods, hot and cold drinks including Prosecco. Prosecco bottle on arrival is a lovely welcoming gift. There is a restaurant too open Wednesday to Sunday and the owner is lovely. Well done to all.

Deilig luksus i nydelig leilighet
Fantastisk leilighet med nydelig utsikt. Gode senger og hyggelig betjening. En flaske cava ønsker oss velkommen, og Jaquzzi var ren og innbydende. Mulighet for å vaske, stryke og tørke klær i leiligheten. Treningsrom med utsikt over havna. Flott opphold, selv om det meste foregikk digitalt. Dama i resepsjonen ventet på oss for å registrere, selv om vi kunne ha gjort det digitalt. Flotte leiligheter, nydelig utsikt og god frokost. Anbefaler denne leiligheten på det sterkeste.

Very nice.. I come back. Petfect wiew, food, And pool. Přiváže jazzucci Is Dream.. Nice room, all Is na new and clean. 2 bathrooms Big terace with jazzucci.. We have absolutely LOVED our 4 night stay at Grand Horizon luxury boutique hotel in Puerto Rico. Ultra modern, very clean with luxury Rituals shower gel and hand wash. The apartment had a washer drier and a lovely balcony with views to die for. There are steps down towards Puerto Rico port and the beach, & if you don’t fancy the walk back up, a taxi only cost us €5, Great breakfast, friendly staff-would definitely recommend!

L'établissement (qui n'est pas un hotel comme cela vous est répété à l'arrivée) est moderne, bien équipé. AU sommet d'une colline donc vues magnifiques. Les appartements sont spacieux, bien équipés. Mais des faiblesses qui n'en font pas un 5 étoiles: petit dejeuner médiocre (produits de basse qualité, vous ne pouvez commander qu'un complément par personne), service de réception à distance qui limite les interactions, service de ménage très moyen (nous avions de très bonnes serviettes en début de séjour qui ont été remplacées par des serviettes presque usées), bref vous êtes livrés à vous même. Parking très limité alors que vous êtes au sommet de la colline et qu'une voiture est quasi indispensable.

Voor vertrek was er al een goed contact over de incheck. Het appartement is geweldig. Heel luxe, de keuken is goed uitgerust met mooie schone oven, magnetron, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Vriendelijk personeel en een uitstekend ontbijt. De schoonmaak was goed en er werden regelmatig schone handdoeken gebracht. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en hebben zo het eiland verkend. Aanrader is Maspalomas en Amadores om gezellig wat te lopen en eten. Voor meer avontuur rijdt dan door de bergen naar het bergdorpje Tejeda. Een hele mooie route.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Great location, very clean, comfortable and peaceful place. We booked a room with private pool and it was lovely with amazing views. We didn’t have any problems with the virtual reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again! Highly recommended!

This is my second time here and i enjoy the hotel very well. Nice room, staff and breakfast. its very clean here and very good view over Puerto Rico. The best room here have own pool and that i like a lot. And if you dont wanna stay at the room swimmingpool, then you can go to the pool by the bar. very very nice. i will recomand this to all other.
