Trip started with Kuya Darwin, one of their very friendly and competent drivers. Super near and accessible to nearby tours that you can book at the front desk. Our room was quite modern with a spacious and comfortable bed, with just the right amount of pillows! Food and drinks were a highlight being very affordable with great serving sizes! Overall great stay with all the amenities you need.

This hotel is the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed in.
About the price: The hotel is currently a four-star hotel, but it is implemented according to the seven-star service. Considering that another building of the hotel is still under construction, the hotel gives a four-star experience price. It is worth staying here.
About the service: Free airport pick-up is of course a must, the hotel can delay check-out until four o'clock, the hotel gives snacks from time to time, and the hotel provides free water entertainment bicycles, boats, mountain bikes, etc.
About eating: The real chef is not a local, and the food is better and more exquisite than what I ate in a five-star hotel. And the price is not expensive.
About the hotel: The most perfect artificial physical architectural aesthetic design in history, all brand furniture is provided, and the design is completely humanized. The experience is very good.
About the staff, all are young handsome men and beautiful women, greet with a smile when they meet, and pay attention to whether you need service or help. Meticulous.
In short, this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If there is a chance, I will come again next time.

I've stayed in this hotel before, and I keep returning since it's affordable, safe, and has decent rooms and a spacious parking lotâfeatures that other hotels in Palawan lack.I've recently noticed that they no longer offer airport service, although they have contacts for taxi drivers in case you need one. However, it would be great if they could add the airport pickup and drop-off once more for a hassle-free trip, especially for those visiting Palawan for the first time .Being somewhat honest, some taxis, vans, and tricycles take advantage of tourists by charging them more than the normal.

The stay was a great escape from the city noise. The place is pretty remote, so itâs super peaceful and quiet.
When we checked in, most of the other guests had just checked out, so we were the only guests for the day. This made it even more relaxing. The reception was awesome, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away.
The pool was a bit of a letdown. We wanted to take a dip after checking in, but there were a lot of fallen leaves from the trees, which made it look like it hadnât been cleaned for the day. Since the previous guests had just left, I assumed they were just about to clean the pool. Itâs too bad because the pool area could have been a great spot to chill.
Our room was spacious but didnât have a fridge. The receptionist mentioned that none of their rooms have fridges, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, since the room is spacious, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down, which may not be ideal on hotter days.
There was a table and chair for two just outside our room. We brought cooked crabs with us and ordered rice from their restaurant. The staff allowed us to use the table outside and even assisted by bringing the rice, as well as plates, utensils, and other items, to the table. They were very helpful, allowing us to enjoy the food we brought.
Overall, it was a nice stay because of the quiet location away from the city. If youâre looking for a peaceful getaway and donât mind a few minor issues, Acacia Tree Garden Resort is a good choice.

This is supposedly the only 5 star resort in the area which is sad as I think competition might actually inspire them to do better. The place itself is very nice and initial impressions are quite excellent. But the longer we stayed the more we noticed the lack of upkeep in the rooms. The size of the bathroom is big but there is not a single electrical outlet inside so you cannot plug in anything not even the hairdryer. The shower glass door does not close shut and with the very strong water pressure you can be assured of a very wet overflowing floor outside of the shower enclosure. We paid for 2 extra persons in the room which they informed us meant sharing the beds and breakfast inclusive but they donât automatically provide the extra towels. Even after calling them to request for more towels they still took more than 2 days to give us our extra towels. The water in the pool is quite warm and not refreshing as the heat of the sun kept it quite warm but some of our friends actually liked it that way so itâs more of a personal preference. The drying rack in the balcony is a nice touch as we can dry our swim clothes there. There are also water dispensers in the hallway which is great for refilling the complimentary glass bottles of water provided. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rates but donât expect anything extraordinary. The Italian restaurant in the resort does not seem to be ready for the tourist influx as food came out ever so slowly and we felt bad for the foreign tourists who donât complain as much as the locals so we did get our food faster than they did. The resort is expanding so there is construction ongoing which is a positive sign of tourist revival in PP which Iâm happy about for them but I wish they would also pay closer attention to the upkeep of the existing rooms.

Excellent place for staycation with family and loved ones if you want a place where you can relax and breathe sea breeze with nice ambience. Has friendly, approachable and professional hotel staffs, rooms are opened using a key card - spacious with minimalist designs, beds and comforters are nice, with free water bottles, water heater and coffee. Also comes with clean toilet with free toiletries (towel, toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, razor, soap, shower cap & vanity kit [cotton buds] also includes free rubber slippers for all around and comfy use) as well as hair dryer/blower attached at the side of bathroom mirror, the room also has a vault safety box, flatscreen TV and mini refrigerator. The buildings have elegant structures. They also have really great swimming pool area! We got a room that is pool access and it made our stay more wonderful. Foods are delicious. Great buffet set up. Sunset can be watched at the rooftop of the gazebo near the seashore. You can borrow and ride a bicycle inside the hotel premises and do kayaking if the sea is high tide. Very nice and instagrammable place! Will definitely come back here for sure.

First of all, let me start by saying how much we LOVED our stay. The location is absolutely stunning, and we had an amazing stay. First and foremost, I want to thank to all the staffs esp to Aj ( who made our stay extra special. The food for me was exceptional, they had a wide variety of cuisines, and I was there for 2 nights and didn't have a bad meal while I was there. I felt the food price was very reasonable given the location, service and quality Astoria set the bar incredibly high and for someone who considers themselves to have a vacation I would highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserThis place is obviously still struggling from the effects of the Covid lockdowns. The staff is the best part of this place. The air conditioner is undersized & has a daylight gap all around it. The room refrigerator is worthless because its electric circuit shuts down when you leave the room. Who wants to come back from a trip & grab a warm drink from the ref? Breakfast buffet is pretty slim. They post signage asking you to conserve water, but they don't even include water saving faucets or shower heads. And then there were the bugs. If I had known that they are offering 'Hourly Rates' I would have avoided this place.

AAdamBilgyBetween the main bus station and the airport in a quiet area, and only a 100 peso ride from the airport. A 20 minute walk from a large shopping mall. The whole place is very clean and nice, with comfortable sun beds by a large clean swimming pool. Room is comfortable and clean, with good aircon and linens. Shower pretty powerful. Excellent WiFi. Outside areas with small Gym, bar and food area. This place doesn't accept credit cards, wants a 2000 peso cash deposit and you can't check into your room a minute before the 2pm deadline. Also no check out flexibility, or use of the pool after check out which they will charge for. Room fridge full of expensive drinks, but there is a shop a 2 minute walk away where you can buy soft drinks and use the room fridge to keep them cool. Breakfast is adequate and basic, but good value in terms of the overall price. Overall very good value and i would highly recommend.

GGuest UserWe did not want to leave this place! From our travels across the Philippines, this was by far, one of the loveliest hotels weâve stayed in. Itâs small but perfect. Itâs clean, the room dĂ©cor is lovely and super cosy! The bathroom was lovely, we did have a broken shower, but it was fixed within minutes of us reporting it. The food in the restaurant was tasty, alongside this, so weâre the cocktails. We were lucky that the hotel was fairly quiet when we stayed, and we spent most evenings having the pool to ourselves. The best asset of this hotel was the staff! Jayanne was our knight in shining armour, she was unbelievably helpful in answering all our questions and sorting our laundry out for us. Another outstanding member of the reception team was Kath, who was equally as helpful. Jan was our main server in the restaurant and itâs obvious he put a lot of care and attention into his work, both he and Jay were extremely lovely and attentive. This hotel also has a fantastic location, itâs only a 15-minute walk from a main shopping centre but our favourite day was walking towards a little local beach through the village, it was bliss and worth a walk if you stay here. As the hotel is set back from the main road, thereâs no heavy traffic passing by. The only absolute downside I could advise on staying here is that next door, the neighbour was farming cockerels (for the fighting season), I donât know if this was a temporary sport, or he has them all year round, but they were SO loud! And when they made any noise, so did all the local dogs. It genuinely didnât ruin our stay, but it did become our alarm early each morning. Other than that, this hotel was practically perfect, we would love to come back!

GGuest UserThis hotel is in a great location of Puerto Princesa. It's on a quiet street and within walking distance to everything you need. And if you need a trike to go somewhere further it will cost you no more than 50 pesos. The hotel can also arrange all trips for you. For a great price. Like El Nido or anywhere else on the island. I stayed here for quite sometime since I had no time limit to my time in Palawan. And everything was great. The cleaning lady Chona is really cool and has very good english skills. I've watched her clean and she doesn't cut corners. She gets in there and scrubs everytime. I will come back to Palawan and I will stay at this hotel again. You can go wrong with the location and amenities. WiFi worked great as well and that is a huge deal for most of us foreigners these days. Book your stay here, you won't regret it!

Staff were courteous and helped me with my way around the city. Staff at the dining area where I had breakfast were also nice and helpful.
Location wise, its in front of a mall(where I bought some personal things and had dinner), near a spa(where I had a sauna and massage), and 5-10mins walk from our seminar venue. It was also near the airport, 5-10mins multicab ride. So it was a very convenient place.
All in all, I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

KKenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if youâre sensitive to sound.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlightâvery clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust.
Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing.
One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

GGuest UserStaff were friendly which is the only good point for me to be honest. Otherwise I was disappointed for the following reasons (some are illustrated by pictures) There was a fridge in the room which had rust that didnât work, there was what looks like mould in the bathroom. There was a electrical plug socket hanging half of the wall ( do not think safe to use). There was an extra guest on the floor- not sure if it was there for decoration or if it was alive ( picture will show you what I mean).The accommodation is right at the back of the main road. Which means you have a long path to walk down to get to it. Not ideal at night to be honest Not an accommodation I would stay at again to be honest.

AAnonymous UserOn the spot yung pagbook nmin ng byfrnd ko, ksi inabutan kmi ng mdling araw sa kka bar hopping tas my Comelec Checkpoint pa, kaya ayon hahaha! So far, but so good! Almost 4 in the morning we arrived in Rovia, tas phnga n agad nga lasing. Comfortable tas okay n okay s gaya nmin n gsto mlayo sa city at peaceful. Thank youuuu đâ€ïž
