The room was spacious and clean.
Check-in was smooth, and when I checked out, the staff called a taxi for me and were very kind.
The shower was weak (maybe it can't be helped since we were on a higher floor?), and it was disappointing that we didn't get an ocean view even though we had booked one.

We stayed for one night. Thanks to the staff, they helped us get to the underground river in the morning, we agreed with the driver (guide) that after the excursion along the underground river they would take us not back to the hotel, but straight to El Nido 👍🏼
By the way, I left my phone on the bus and the conscientious honest driver returned it to me, thank you! 🥲
The hotel itself is clean, they give out towels, a minimum of bath accessories, the room already had shampoo and body gel (in the shower), they gave out toothpaste and a toothbrush separately. There is also a hairdryer in the room. A kettle without tea bags and sugar.
There is WiFi, good.
It was upsetting that there is no window in the room. More precisely, it is there, but it looks out onto a dark, non-functioning corridor, but it's okay, because we did not sit in the room.
A good tasty breakfast from 6 am with a beautiful view. As someone wrote earlier, this hotel is an oasis in the middle of the Philippine hustle and bustle 😀

The surroundings of this hotel were not like my expectations. But it's a walking distance to the mall, to the beach. The staff is so good. Michelle's front desk helped me a lot throughout our stay in this hotel. The breakfast options were the same as any other hotel.

Pros: location, view, overall large room
Cons: room without a window!!! More precisely, the curtained window overlooks the corridor where the staff walks. This should definitely be indicated in the description, but no. There was a cockroach in the room. Only instant coffee for breakfast. We asked for ice - it turned out to be paid.
