The location was not bad, as the airport is 12 minutes by car, but it is far from the city centre and transport in the Philippines is complicated if you do not rent motorbikes. The facilities and reception did not look very well maintained. The room was very spacious with air conditioning with very cold air and a refrigerator, but it was not very clean and there were many mosquitoes that easily got into the room, we came out covered in bites, and finally the shower was not very hot and it was only a small stream of water with which it was difficult to shower. They provided the basic bathroom essentials, but they did not give you a bottle of water. The 24-hour reception is always good and is appreciated. You cannot take the key with you and you leave it at reception on some shelves that anyone has access to, although we did not have any problems. The pool hours are pretty good, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. so you can tour the city or go on excursions and when you get to the hotel you can cool off. In many hotels the pool closes at 6:00 p.m. The pool is not very big, but it is fine. The price/quality ratio is 5 out of 10.

Ugly, outdated hotel, excessively tasteless decoration with statues and animals carved in wood, rusty metals, dirty glass, stained furniture, everything looks cheap and poorly maintained, hallways covered in dirt, it is clear that it is managed by an amateur who does not know anything about hotels and lodging. My stay here was okay. The location could be better, need 100-150 trike ride to get to stores, restaurants, etc instead of anything being in walking distance. Disappointing a place this big didn't offer food or dining. Probably the best part is the friendly staff at the front, ready and willing to help with anything and check on your well-being. And they do laundry at reasonable rates. The room bring advertised as "pool view" was a bit misleading. It's just facing a bunch of plants, shrubs and trees and behind all that is the pool.
I cannot overstate this. The key is WAY too big. It's cartoonishly, inconveniently, ridiculously oversized. Hard to carry, hold, even use in the door if your hands are full. There's absolutely no reason for it to be this big. They say it's so people don't lose it but they ask you to leave the key with them when you leave anyways so...?? Y'all need to change that lol

The manager was the worst. My friend and I booked two rooms for 8 days. The hotel asked us to vacate one room, and we agreed, but instead of refunding the cash, they asked us to offset the amount with food and drink. What's more, they offered a lower price than what I paid, so we got into an argument. It's a lot of work to move our luggage from the room and put it back, but they lowered the price and forced us to eat food we don't want to eat. The manager has no common sense. There are a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the room, so be careful with small children as they will get bitten. There was also a big spider in the room. There are a lot of plants in the garden, so I think there are more insects than usual. Water is available in the refrigerator for a fee. They will not replace the cups you used unless you ask. Breakfast is from 7 to 9, but no one came until 7:30, so we missed the time to go out. There is Wi-Fi, but it is so weak that it is unusable. The pool is good. It is far from the city center, but there is a motorbike parked in front of the hotel, so it is easy to get around. Be careful, as the motorbike fee is 1.5 times higher than usual. Breakfast is average. There is a poor dog at the hotel entrance. All the staff except the manager who never smiles and makes you feel bad are smiling and nice. In the end, I got the refund directly from Trip.com. I felt relieved that they would respond to my phone calls directly when I had a problem.
