The room is clean and spacious. They have strong wifi and cold and hot shower. The also serve breakfast at the 2nd floor. Hotel amenites are also good. Worth recommending to others.

The hotel was chosen based on reviews, cost and proximity to the airport - in fact, the field is already across the road, but if you go by tuk-tuk, it’s a 10-minute drive, that’s how the traffic is structured there. The hotel offers a transfer for 400 pesos, on the day of departure we decided to take a chance and went outside to catch a tuk-tuk, which costs 300. Air Asia flies to this airport very cheaply, so if you need to save money, you can plan a trip from this end of the island. The hotel is modern, quiet (there was no noise from the street or from the airport, and there are signs on the floors that people are relaxing, please do not make noise - holy people). At the reception we immediately bought a tour to the underground river the next day for 2500 per person + 150 environmental fee for the guide the next day.
The room is spacious, there is a sheet on the bed again, but I have already gotten used to sleeping in a T-shirt. There is no kettle, but there is a cooler in the corridor. Breakfast from 6 is very pleasant.

Fersal Hotel’s 3-bedroom suite was perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the unlimited breakfast, which was delicious and a great deal at just 399 PHP. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a fantastic stay and great value for money!

The best thing was the courteous and competent advice at reception, I especially appreciated their willingness to help. What didn't go so well was the visit to the restaurant. In the end, there were only two dishes left from the already small menu that you could order. That's an absolute no-go.
The shower in the room should perhaps be repaired. It only sprayed upwards and in all directions, and my body only got a little warm water
